lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">educational and scientific<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>educational) <span class=\"hps\">work<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">scientific and research work<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">service<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the community<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">For ease of<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">observation and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">management<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">processes<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">at the university<\/span>, they can be <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">parsed<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">as follows<\/span><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">education<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">both through<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">teaching<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">scientific research<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">process<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">high-quality<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">young experts<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>students), <span class=\"hps\">and adults<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">in all areas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of teaching <\/span><span class=\"hps\">that exists<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">at the university<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">so that they can<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">be productive<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in their<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">current and future<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">activities<\/span><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">continuous<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">monitoring and improvement<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of scientific research<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">at the University<\/span>; <span class=\"hps\">training<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span><span class=\"\">education<\/span>), and the inclusion <span class=\"hps\">of a greater number<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of young people<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>assistants <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">other<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">offspring<\/span>) <span class=\"hps\">in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">this process<\/span>; <span class=\"hps\">connect<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the University<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">with the environment<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">economic<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cultural events<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">Mission of the university<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">includes<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">assisting<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">economic<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">social and cultural development<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">within and beyond the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">region and the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">state<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">providing<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">scientific and technical support<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">In doing so<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">the University of Zenica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">must fit<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">into national and international<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">criteria of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">quality<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of educational and scientific<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">activities<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">results<\/span><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span> <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">In other words<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">all the results<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of scientific and teaching<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">scientific research<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">professional work<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">at the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">University of Zenica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">must include<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the character of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">universal values<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">which are<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">not<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">measures of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">regional<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">qualitative<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">assessments<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">The vision of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the development<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the University of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Pupil<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">The vision is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">University of Zenica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">become a modern<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and respected<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">institution which is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">involved in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a joint<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">academic area<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of Europe<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the world<\/span><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">By year of <span class=\"hps\">2020<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">at<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">his<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">20th birthday<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">University of Zenica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">should<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">be<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a higher education institution<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of medium size<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">which has<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">12 to 14<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">organizational units<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>faculties, institutes, etc.) a<span class=\"hps\">n.d<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">about 40<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">programs of study<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">and the planned<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">number<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">students<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">10000<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">12000.<\/span> T<span class=\"hps\">he buildings will<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">be arranged<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">two campuses<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span><span class=\"\">Natural Sciences<\/span><span class=\"\">,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">on the one hand<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">social<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">humanities<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">on the other hand<\/span>), <span class=\"hps\">whose<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">total area<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">would be<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">60,000<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">m<sup>2<\/sup><\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">University<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">should have<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">550-600<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">employees<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Also<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">we hope that<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">University of Zenica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">by then<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">should have<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">built a reputation<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">academic area<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">not only<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/span>, but also <span class=\"hps\">much wider<\/span><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"HistoryBasic
