In the Bosnian National Theater of Zenica, the Ceremonial Academy was held today on the occasion of commemorating sixty years of higher education in Zenica.
\nThe ceremonial academy was attended by rectors of all public universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, rectors and representatives of universities from Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, representatives of the embassies of Indonesia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey and France, then representatives of state, federal and cantonal authorities, representatives of religious, cultural, sports and business life, numerous guests and employees of the University of Zenica.
\nAt today's Ceremonial Academy, two honorary doctorates of the University of Zenica (Honoris Causa) were awarded to Mr. Danis Tanovi\u0107 for his exceptional contribution to Bosnian culture and film art and Prof. Ph.D. Johan Arne Vetlesen for his outstanding contribution in the field of philosophy, as well as for his outstanding contribution to the promotion of peace, tolerance and humanity.

To the students of the University of Zenica who achieved significant results in 2018 and 2019, Prof. Ph.D. Damir Kuki\u0107, rector of the University of Zenica, presented the Rector's Awards for the best scientific, research, professional, artistic and sports achievements, and they were awarded to: Lamija Su\u0161i\u0107, Nihada Softi\u0107, Adelisa Behramovi\u0107, Vis Moot team of the Faculty of Law consisting of Amina Hasanovi\u0107, Ajna Mahmi\u0107, Emir \u017div\u010di\u0107 and Ibrahim Palalija, as well as Faris Muratovi\u0107, Ahmed Krnji\u0107, Anida \u010corovi\u0107 and the Polytechnic Faculty team consisting of Belmir Heki\u0107, Adna Sofi\u0107, Ajla Bo\u0161njak, Nud\u017eejma Lukovi\u0107 and Adis Deli\u0107.
\nA special recognition was given to Amel Tuka, and Prof. Ph.D. Fuad Had\u017eikaduni\u0107, Dean of Ma\u0161inski and Prof. Ph.D. Enes Biki\u0107, dean of the Faculty of Law, presented Amel and Amina Tuka with diplomas for the completed study of the first cycle of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Law.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n
