The first business-educational day for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Polytechnic in the implementation of the teaching process in the academic year 2019\/20 within the Department of Industrial Engineering and CIM Systems and the Department of Maintenance was held on October 31, 2019. in Te\u0161anj Municipality. Full-day visit to business systems in Te\u0161anj Municipality. Agenda for Tuesday 31.10.2019. started with a visit to the BME Te\u0161anj business system. It is a private Dutch factory that makes truck trailers of various types (from large trailers for the transport of live stock to special trailers for tractor trucks) and other interesting custom products (cargo carts for transporting goods at airports, flexible transport systems, etc.) .<\/p>\n

(<\/strong>www.bme.ba<\/strong><\/a> or <\/strong>https:\/\/www.wemakesteelcomealive.com\/<\/a>). <\/strong>This system was followed by a visit to the KALIM Te\u0161anj business system (www.kalim.ba<\/a>) which from a craft workshop in 1968 has become a very successful private factory that produces complete constructions of factory halls, roofs, metal parts for the construction and woodworking industry, trailers for agricultural activity, metal parts for the furniture industry, stone processing, etc. Students had the opportunity to see the technological processes of cold pressing and shaping, welding, laser cutting and water-jet cutting. A two-hour visit to the MANN-HUMMEL business system followed. The former UNICO filter factory is today a very successful company from one of the world-famous brands for the production of these products: the German corporation Mann-Hummel. The main products are oil and air filters for the auto industry, but also industrial filters for various purposes. In this business system, students were able to get acquainted with the most modern business approaches that are used in the world today (Kanban, JIT, Lean, etc.). A special segment of the visit was arranged for the students of the Department of Maintenance who had a thematic presentation on maintenance concepts, renovation planning and other jobs in this sector. (<\/strong>www.mann-hummel.com<\/strong><\/a> or <\/strong>https:\/\/www.mann-filter.com\/mann-filter\/footer-menu\/contact\/bosnia-and-herzegovina\/<\/a>). <\/strong>At the end of the working day, there was a visit to the POBJEDA Te\u0161anj business system. It is one of the oldest business systems in Te\u0161anj (it has existed for more than 64 years) and in some way is a symbol of the Te\u0161anj industry. The main products are pumps for the automotive industry, although pumps for other different purposes are also made (pumps for agricultural machinery, tractors, trucks, etc.). High precision, complexity of work and the quality of the elements that are made in Pobjeda are the basic characteristics of machining that the students saw and became familiar with the work organization, which in everything must follow the requirements of well-known product customers such as Mercedes, VW, Audi and others. famous car brands (<\/strong>https:\/\/pobjeda-tesanj.com\/<\/a> ). <\/strong>That was the end of the official part of the visit to one of the economically strongest municipalities in BiH, which produces about 8% of the GDP of BiH. In this sense, on the example of this local community, the students saw how it is possible to work very efficiently, entrepreneurially and productively in an environment that is similar to others in BIH. After the visit to the POBJEDA company, the students had free time to visit TE\u0160NJA and rest.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
