\n Based on Article 51 point m) of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of Zenica-Doboj Canton" number: 6\/09, 9\/13, 13\/13 and 4\/15), Article 19 paragraph (2) indent 13) of the Law on the Public Institution University of Zenica ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 6\/05, 11\/06, 06\/09, 10\/11, 16\/11, 15\/12 and 13\/13) and Article 57 paragraph (1) point o) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text), and in accordance with the Decision of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica on the announcement of a Competition\/Competition for the admission of students of BiH citizens and foreign citizens for accommodation and meals in the Student Center of the University of Zenica in academic year 2016\/2017. year, number: 01-01-1-1672\/16 from 26.04.2016. year, University of Zenica, announces<\/p>\n

COMPETITION\/CONTEST<\/strong><\/p>\n

for the reception of students of BiH citizens and foreign citizens for accommodation and meals in the Student Center of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016\/2017. year <\/p>\n

I <\/p>\n

<\/span>Student center of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016\/2017. year <\/span>admits 220 students for accommodation and meals, citizens of BiH and foreign citizens, in the status of full-time students of the University of Zenica, of which freshmen-students of the first year up to 35%, and according to the established criteria.<\/p>\n

II<\/p>\n

Students whose place of residence is at least 20 km away from Zenica have the right to accommodation and meals.<\/p>\n

III<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span> Participants of the Competition\/Competition from points I and II are obliged to submit:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Application for admission to the Student Center (the application form can be obtained from the Student Center),<\/li>\n
  2. Certificate from a higher education institution that he is a regular student with a certificate of passed exams from previous academic years or a certified copy of the index with grades - newly enrolled students submit a certified copy of the certificate from the 4th grade,<\/li>\n
  3. Certificate of joint household (household list) and income per household member (material census) based on:<\/li>\n
      \n
    • salary, pension and other entitlements (average of the last three months),\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li>\n
    • confirmation from the employment office about the unemployment of parents or guardians,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • Certificate of permanent residence and a copy of the identity card (for foreign citizens, a copy of the passport),<\/li>\n
    • General payment slip in the amount of 10.00 KM for data processing costs (payment to JRT Zenica-Doboj Canton number 1340100000001672 opened at Investiciono-kommercialna banka dd Zenica, municipality 103, budget organization 2204010, with reference to number: 4810010048 and indicating the type of income 722631 . <\/li>\n
    • Certified guarantee on the assumption of obligations arising from the use of the Student Center (the form of the guarantee can be obtained from the Student Center).<\/li>\n

      Contest\/Competition participants who, on the basis of a certain status, belonging to a certain population or on other grounds, in accordance with established criteria, earn additional points shall prove the same by submitting:<\/p>\n

    • Certificates of awards won in educational and sports competitions (at cantonal, federal, state and international competitions),<\/li>\n
    • Certificates on the degree of disability (personal, parent and guardian),<\/li>\n
    • Certificates of deceased, missing and deceased immediate family members,<\/li>\n
    • Certificates of internment status, personal or of parents or guardians (issued by the International Red Cross),<\/li>\n
    • Certificates of parents' participation in OS RBiH (time spent),<\/li>\n
    • Confirmation from the competent institution on refugee (displaced) status.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Students who are foreign nationals participating in the Contest are required to submit the documents from point III under the following numbers: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6.
      \n The above-mentioned documents must be issued by competent institutions or authorities (original or certified copy) and must not be older than 6 months.
      \n Incomplete and untimely submitted documentation will not be considered.<\/p>\n

      IV <\/h3>\n

      The ranking of the candidates will be done by the admission committee based on the established criteria and the total number of points obtained from the submitted data and documents required by this Competition\/Competition.
      \n The ranking list of students will be published on the notice board of the Student Center of the University of Zenica.
      \n When concluding a contract on the use of accommodation and food, students are required to submit a medical certificate of suitability for collective housing and are required to take a free photo at the Center's administration.<\/p>\n

      V<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Newly enrolled students - freshmen are required to submit a certificate of enrollment to the faculty when making a loan to the Student Center.
      \n Students of older years of study who have been temporarily admitted to the Student Center for accommodation and food in previous academic years are required to apply and submit a certificate of admission to the faculty in the academic year 2016\/2017. year no later than 01.11.2016. in order to regulate accommodation, because otherwise they lose the right to accommodation.<\/p>\n

      VI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      The Contest\/Competition remains open for 30 days from the date of publication in<\/span> public gazette, and in the event <\/u><\/strong>insufficient number of accepted candidates, a subsequent Contest will be announced at the beginning of September 2016.<\/p>\n
