UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on Article 69, paragraph (4) point b) and Article 71, paragraph (4) of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 6\/09, 9\/13, 13\/13, 4\/ 15 and 5\/18), Article 21.e paragraph (6) indent 2 and Article 21.g paragraph (3) of the Law on Public Institution University of Zenica, Refined text ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 1 \/18 and 10\/18) and articles 145. paragraph (1) point h), 150. paragraph (1) and 152. paragraph (2) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text), and the Decision of the Scientific Council of OJ Institute "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107 " in Zenica, University of Zenica, number: 706-82\/19 dated 04.07.2019. year, is re-announced<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

COMPETITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

for the election of the director of the Institute "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" in Zenica <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

I<\/strong><\/p>\n

A candidate who fulfills the following can be elected as the director of the "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" Institute in Zenica general conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;<\/li>\n
  2. that he is older than 18 years;<\/li>\n
  3. that the candidate for director is not prosecuted for a criminal offense and an economic offense incompatible with the function of director;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. that the candidate has not been convicted of a criminal offense or an economic offense incompatible with the position of director.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      In addition to the general requirements, the candidate should meet the following special conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. that he has a scientific degree of Doctor of Science and a choice of one of the scientific-teaching titles (full professor, associate professor or assistant professor), i.e. scientific titles (scientific advisor, senior scientific associate or scientific associate) that meets the conditions established by the Law, the Statute of the University of Zenica ( Refined text) and the Rulebook on Scientific and Research Titles of the University of Zenica;<\/li>\n
      2. that he is employed full-time at the University of Zenica, that is, that he signs a statement that he will establish such an employment relationship after the election;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        1. to actively know at least one world language;<\/li>\n
        2. that he does not have a position in the executive bodies of a political party or an organization connected to a political party.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

          II<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The director is elected for a mandate period of 4 (four) years.<\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Information on the director's scope of work is available on the website of the University of Zenica www.unze.ba<\/a> Statute (Refined text).<\/p>\n

          III<\/strong><\/p>\n

          A candidate who has the ability to manage the "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" Institute in Zenica can be elected as director, as evidenced by the submission of the Institute's Work and Development Program for the term of office.<\/p>\n

          IV<\/strong><\/p>\n

          With application<\/u><\/strong> to the Competition, the candidate for the position of director is obliged to submit evidence of the fulfillment of general and special conditions, namely:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. A short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,<\/li>\n
          2. Certificate of citizenship, in accordance with point I subpoint 1 of the general conditions;<\/li>\n
          3. Birth certificate, in accordance with point I subpoint 2 of the general conditions;<\/li>\n
          4. Diploma on the scientific degree of Doctor of Science and the Decision on the last selection for the scientific-teaching title of full professor, associate professor or assistant professor, i.e. the scientific title of scientific advisor, senior scientific associate or scientific associate, i.e. evidence of meeting the conditions for selection to one of the above-mentioned scientific- teaching titles or scientific titles at the University of Zenica according to the provisions of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 6\/09, 9\/13, 13\/13, 4\/15 and 5\/18), the Law on scientific research activities of the ZDK ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 11\/17), the provisions of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined Text) and the Rulebook on Scientific and Research Titles of the University of Zenica, in accordance with point I, subpoint 1 of the special conditions ;<\/li>\n
          5. Certificate of full-time employment at the University of Zenica, i.e. a signed Declaration of the candidate, certified by the competent authority or a notary, that after the election, he will establish such employment, in accordance with point I subpoint 2 of the special conditions;<\/li>\n
          6. Certificate (certificate) of active knowledge of at least one world language, in accordance with point I subpoint 3 of the special conditions;<\/li>\n
          7. A statement that he does not have a position in the executive bodies of a political party or an organization associated with a political party, certified by a competent authority or a notary, in accordance with point I subpoint 4 of the special conditions;<\/li>\n
          8. Program of work and development of the Institute "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" in Zenica for the mandate period in accordance with point III of the Competition.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            V<\/strong><\/p>\n

            The documents mentioned in the previous point must be original or certified copies no older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition, and the Work and Development Program must also be submitted in an electronic version (on a CD).<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \u00a0<\/strong>If the diploma for the scientific degree of Doctor of Science was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A certified copy of the decision on the nostrification or recognition of a diploma obtained abroad cannot be older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition. <\/strong><\/p>\n

            The candidate is obliged to sign the Competition Application, a short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number, e-mail address and the Institute's Work and Development Program for the mandate period, otherwise the candidate's application will be considered incomplete.<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

            VI<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Candidates who meet the conditions required by the Competition will present their Work and Development Program at the election session of the Scientific Council of the "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" Institute in Zenica, University of Zenica.<\/p>\n

            \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

            VII<\/strong><\/p>\n

            The candidate who is selected by the Decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" in Zenica, is obliged to submit to the Competition Commission for the selection of the director of the Institute "Kemal Kapetanovi\u0107" in Zenica, within 7 (seven) days from the day of the session of the Scientific Council of the Institute, certificates\/certificates from the authorities courts in accordance with point I subpoint 3 of the general conditions, as well as the certificate\/confirmation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with point I subpoint 4 of the general conditions of the Competition.<\/p>\n

            The above-mentioned certificates\/certificates, not older than 3 (three) months from the date of issuance by the competent authorities, are submitted by the candidate in the original or a certified copy.<\/p>\n

            \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

            VIII<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Applications, with all necessary evidence, must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Contest in a daily newspaper.<\/p>\n

            Applications for the Competition with the necessary attachments are submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, to the address:<\/p>\n
