During the presentation, Prof. Petkovi\u0107 presented what a correct evaluation of the situation at a higher education institution should include, with special reference to the content of internal evaluations of study departments.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2225\" src=\"https:\/\/unze.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/cip_skadar_161010-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"cip_skadar_161010-2\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unze.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/cip_skadar_161010-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/unze.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/cip_skadar_161010-2-255x192.jpg 255w, https:\/\/unze.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/cip_skadar_161010-2.jpg 499w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/> With an emphasis on the need for a good knowledge of all the good and bad sides of the institution&#039;s work, Prof. Petkovi\u0107 emphasized that the IES should be a deeply &quot;critical document&quot; that provides the basis and ways to improve the situation. QA managers were particularly interested in the experience with KPI data and their importance for external evaluators, data on monitoring trends, the importance of student competencies in each of the study cycles, questionnaires made by students and stakeholders, internationalization, strategic development of the university and other important issues that can expect in the realization of this process.
