CIP UNZE: NINE YEARS OF WORK"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>On Tuesday, November 15, 2016, the NINTH year of operation of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University of Zenica was marked. On this occasion, a ceremony was held in the amphitheater of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of UNZE, during which the best student business ideas were presented, which students developed in the past months at UNZE, and then refined during the gathering, the so-called <em>Start-up Weekend<\/em>, held in October 2016 in Novi Sad as part of the Tempus project iDEALab. The ceremony was opened by the director of CIP of UNZE, prof. Ph.D. Darko Petkovi\u0107 also presented the work of the Center in this, almost past year, 2016, and reflected on the entire previous nine-year period of work marked by activities on numerous projects.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Department for Business Development of CIP of UNZE and vice-rector for international cooperation and quality assurance prof. Ph.D. Malik \u010cabaravdi\u0107 presented the Tempus project &quot;Encouraging student entrepreneurship and access to innovations for university-industry cooperation (<em>Fostering students&#039; entrepreneurship and open innovation in university-industry collaboration<\/em>)&quot;, and the leader and coach of one of the two UNZE teams, M.Sc. sc. Through an extremely interesting photo-story, Denis Spahi\u0107 brought a touch of the atmosphere that reigned during our students&#039; stay in Novi Sad. Then both teams (composed from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering: Senad Uzunovi\u0107, Zlatan Cogo, Mehmed \u010cobo, Samed \u0160i\u0161man, Hamdo Huski\u0107 and Harun Hrusti\u0107 and from the Faculty of Medicine: Haris Mahovki\u0107, Adi Had\u017ei\u0107 and Amar Ljevakovi\u0107) presented business ideas, and emphasized that they continue to develop them with the aim of improvement and commercialization. At the end, the students who participated in the competition were given certificates, and the teaching staff, who helped the students during the preparatory activities, were given certificates of appreciation. It should also be noted here that the mentors of these two teams were: mr. sc. Denis Spahi\u0107 (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and Mirza Oru\u010d, MA (Faculty of Medicine).
