Based on Article 53 of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 6\/09, 09\/13, 13\/13, 4\/15, 5\/18 and 4\/19) and Article 63 of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text), Senate of the University of Zenica at the 04th extraordinary session held on 04.06.2020. year, he brought<\/p>\n

THE DECISION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Conclusions of the College of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, number: 01-03-3-1981\/20, are accepted. from 05\/20. session, held on 27.05.2020. year with amendments adopted at the Senate session.<\/p>\n

Article 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conclusions of the College of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, number: 01-03-3-1981\/20. from 27.05.2020. with amendments adopted at the Senate session, form an integral part of this Decision.<\/p>\n

The decision enters into force on the day of its adoption.<\/p>\n

  1. The College of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, analyzing the teaching process in the summer semester, which due to specific and extraordinary circumstances caused by the pandemic of the COVID 19 virus, starting on March 16, 2020, and in accordance with the decisions and recommendations of the Federal Headquarters of Civil Protection, the Cantonal Headquarters of Civil Protection ZDK, The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the Senate of the University of Zenica took place through "ONLINE CLASSES", states that "ONLINE CLASSES" ends on 06\/05\/2020. years;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Exceptionally, at those Faculties where it was not possible to organize "ONLINE LESSONS" due to the nature of the studies in certain subjects, the scientific-teaching councils and deans of those faculties are tasked with making appropriate decisions on compensating for lost classes and organizing exams in such subjects in special exam times. ;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Considering the fact that the classes were organized as "ONLINE CLASSES", signatures for students (on the attendance of classes in certain subjects) will be given on the day of the exam in that subject and in the first exam period (from June 15 to 26, 2020 .years). Students are obliged to submit the indexes to the competent student services of the faculty no later than the day of the subject exam, and the vice-deans for teaching and student affairs and student services will organize the signing of the indexes by the responsible teachers;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Verification of the semester will be possible in the period from June 22 to July 5, 2020, and the vice deans for teaching and student affairs and student services are obliged to organize the verification of the semester in the specified period;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Exams will be organized and held at all faculties (in the spaces provided for holding exams at individual faculties) according to the previously planned and established exam schedule for the academic year 2019\/20. year, that is, in the June, July, first and second September terms. When scheduling exams and publishing results, faculties are required to take special account of the application of the provisions of Article 196 (scheduling exams in one subject on the same day) and Article 269 (publishing exam results within 48 hours);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

             <\/p>\n

            1. In view of the indisputable extraordinary circumstances in the conduct of classes during the summer semester of the academic year 2019\/20 and the difficult situation in which students found themselves in relation to fulfilling the obligations foreseen in certain courses, at the proposal of the Union of Students of the University of Zenica, the College of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica proposes The Senate of the University of Zenica to make the following decisions regarding the organization of exams:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \n
                • That at the Faculties, where it was not possible to organize "ONLINE LESSONS" due to the nature of the studies in certain subjects, the scientific-teaching councils should be authorized and tasked to make appropriate decisions on the proposal of the dean of those faculties on the compensation of lost classes and the organization of examinations in such subjects in special examination dates;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • \n
                      \n
                    • That all faculties of the University of Zenica establish an additional October exam period for all subjects, which would be organized in the period from October 5 to 16, 2020, and within which time students could take any of the failed exams;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • \n
                          \n
                        • That all faculties of the University of Zenica establish a special October exam period that would be organized in the period from October 19 to 23, 2020, that is, that during that period students can take an exam in one subject, which is a possible condition for them to transfer in the following year of study;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            \n
                          1. The College of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica especially points out that in the development of all further activities related to exams and the overall work process at the University, faculties and other organizational units of the University of Zenica, all competent subjects must strictly adhere to the recommendations of the Federal Headquarters of Civil Protection, the Cantonal Headquarters of Civil Protection ZDK, of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the Senate of the University of Zenica, and that they are obliged to foresee and adopt appropriate measures to implement those recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                             <\/p>\n

                              \n
                            1. The teachers of the University of Zenica (in permanent employment and external collaborators) are required to submit the report on the held online classes to the Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs of the University of Zenica, certified by the vice-dean for teaching of the faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                               <\/p>\n

                                \n
                              1. With the permission of the Cantonal Headquarters of Civil Protection of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, the work of the Student Center of the University of Zenica is activated, with full compliance with the prescribed protection measures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                1. The conclusion enters into force on the day of adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
