The winter school for cultural and historical studies entitled "The Discovery of Modernity - Vienna around 1900" organized by the University of Vienna will be held online from 06-19. February 2021.<\/p>\n

The two-week winter school program will offer a well-structured introduction to one of the most fascinating periods of Austrian intellectual history \u2013 fin-de-si\u00e8cle culture, which represents one of the most important periods in the history of the Habsburg Monarchy.<\/p>\n

In addition to lectures and an online tour of Vienna, an introductory seminar is planned, which will prepare participants for the lectures.<\/p>\n

Given the interdisciplinary nature of the program, students from all fields of study can apply.<\/p>\n
