JU UNIVERSITY IN ZENICA<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the basis of the Decision of the Commission for granting prior approval for the filling of vacant positions in cantonal administrative bodies and other bodies\/institutions that are fully or partially financed from the budget of Zenica-Doboj Canton number: 02-30-15784-3\/20 from 16.12.2020 . and the Decision of the Rector of the University of Zenica number: 01-10-15-5516\/20 of 23 December 2020, in connection with the Regulation on the procedure for employment in the public sector in the Zenica-Doboj Canton ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj canton" number: 8\/19) and the Rulebook on the work of the University of Zenica JU is published<\/p>\n

ADVERTISEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

to fill a vacant position in the Rectorate of the University of Zenica<\/strong><\/p>\n

I<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administrative Affairs Officer of the Quality Assurance Office at the Rectorate of the University of Zenica University of Zenica, 1 (one) executor, for an indefinite period<\/strong><\/p>\n

II<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

General conditions for the position of Clerk for Administrative Affairs of the Office <\/strong>in the sense of Article 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the University of Zenica, they are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/li>\n
  2. that he is medically fit to perform the duties of the position he is applying for<\/li>\n
  3. that the candidate is not being prosecuted for a criminal offense and an economic offense that is a hindrance to the performance of the duties of the position to which he is applying<\/li>\n
  4. that the candidate has not been convicted of a criminal offense or an economic offense that interferes with the performance of the job for which he is applying, in the period of five years prior to the publication of the vacancy\/advertisement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Special conditions for the position of Clerk for Administrative Affairs of the Office <\/strong>in terms of the Rulebook on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces at the University of Zenica and the Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces at the University of Zenica, they are:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. SSS (IV level of education) of the social direction<\/li>\n
    2. 6 (six) months of work experience<\/li>\n
    3. computer skills<\/li>\n
    4. knowledge of the English language<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Candidates for the position of Clerk for Administrative Affairs of the Office must attach:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Sign up for an ad<\/li>\n
      2. Short biography, contact phone number and residential address<\/li>\n
      3. Birth certificate<\/li>\n
      4. High school diploma (social studies)<\/li>\n
      5. Certificate or certificate as proof of work experience in the same or similar jobs<\/li>\n
      6. Certificate or certificate as proof of knowledge of computer work<\/li>\n
      7. A certificate or certificate as proof of knowledge of the English language<\/li>\n
      8. If candidates have special recognitions achieved during their education ("student of the generation", "golden badge", etc.) they are obliged to attach evidence of the same<\/li>\n
      9. If the candidates belong to the category of persons referred to in Article 15 of the Law on the Supplementary Rights of Veterans and Their Family Members ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 1\/14) and Article 14 of the Law on the Rights of Demobilized Veterans and Their Family Members (" Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number: 54\/19), are obliged to attach all the necessary evidence on the fulfillment of the conditions for exercising the rights from the aforementioned articles of the Law<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        III<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Candidates are required to sign the advertisement application as well as a short biography by hand.<\/p>\n

        Evidence of meeting the required general and special conditions must be attached in the original or a certified photocopy, with a certification not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Advertisement.<\/p>\n

        If the diploma was obtained abroad, candidates are obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n

        With the candidates who meet the conditions of the Advertisement, the Commission for the implementation of the administrative procedure for the selection of candidates will carry out a preliminary check of the professional knowledge and working abilities of the candidates (oral interview).<\/strong><\/p>\n

        If the invited candidates, who meet the conditions of the Advertisement, do not proceed to the preliminary verification of professional knowledge and working abilities (oral interview), they will be considered to have given up on the Advertisement.<\/p>\n

        The selected candidates are obliged to submit a certificate of citizenship, not older than 3 (three) months, a certificate of no judicial proceedings, not older than 3 (three) months, a certificate of no conviction, no older than 3 (three) months and a certificate of general health capacity, not older than 3 (three) months, addressed to the Commission for conducting the administrative procedure of candidate selection.<\/p>\n

        An employment contract for an indefinite period will be concluded with the selected candidates.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        IV<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Submit applications with proof of fulfillment of the conditions from the Advertisement in a sealed envelope to the address:

        The deadline for submitting applications to the ad is 8 (eight) days from the day of publication.<\/strong><\/p>\n
