Yesterday, the second Scientific Conference "Property Law Relations and State Property in Bosnia and Herzegovina" was successfully held in the City Hall of Sarajevo, organized by the University of Zenica, the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica and the City of Sarajevo. The following speakers addressed: dr. SC Benjamina Kari\u0107, Mayor of the City of Sarajevo, prof. Ph.D. SC Jusuf Durakovi\u0107, rector of the University of Zenica and prof. Ph.D. sc Larisa Veli\u0107, dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Zenica.
\nIn the framework of the first session of the "Social-Historical Aspects" Conference, the speakers were: academician Slavo Kuki\u0107, prof. Ph.D. sc Edin Mutap\u010di\u0107, prof. Ph.D. sc Ajdin Huseinspahi\u0107 and prof. Ph.D. sc Sead Tur\u010dalo.
\nThe lecturers at the second session entitled "Property-legal aspects" were: prof. Ph.D. sc Lada Sadikovi\u0107, Ismet Veli\u0107, deputy attorney general of Bosnia and Herzegovina and prof. Ph.D. SC Larisa Veli\u0107.<\/p>\n
The conclusions of the Conference are:
\n- Bosnia and Herzegovina needs a law on state property, a law on general and public goods and a law on registration of state property.
\n- Competent institutions should use all legal mechanisms in order to protect state property.
\n- Competent authorities should initiate the involvement of the international community in solving property law and state property issues.<\/p>\n
