partially financed from the Budget of Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 02-30-11104-1\/22 dated 20.07.2022. year, and in connection with the Contract on co-financing employment, number: 01-10-15-4716\/21 dated 17.12.2021 and the Project on co-financing employment in public universities\/universities in the Federation of BiH 2021\/2022, received under number: 01-03 -10-4203\/21 dated November 15, 2021, the Senate of the University of Zenica at its 14th extraordinary session held on November 4, 2022. year, made the Decision on the call for tenders<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: the establishment of an employment relationship.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AND CONDITIONS FOR ELECTION TO ASSOCIATE TITLE (ASSISTANT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To be selected for the associate title of assistant, candidates must submit: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A signed application for the Competition,<\/li>\n<li>Short biography, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,<\/li>\n<li>An original diploma\/certificate of completed studies of the first cycle with at least 240 ECTS or a study of the second cycle with a total of 300 ECTS points or a certified copy,<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the level of the average grade achieved during the first cycle of studies (certificate of passed exams),<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the duration of studies (certificate of the duration of studies with data on the duration of studies),<\/li>\n<li>Birth certificate (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate),<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of citizenship (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Contest),<\/li>\n<li>Proof of knowledge of one or more world languages (original certificate or a certified copy of a certificate issued by a verified institution or certificate of at least 2 passed exams with a minimum grade of eight (8) in a world language),<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the dean&#039;s\/rector&#039;s award for the 1st cycle of studies (original or certified copy), if he\/she has the same,<\/li>\n<li>Recommendations on teaching ability, if he has them,<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of successful participation in the teaching process at the University or other higher education institutions with which the University of Zenica has signed a cooperation agreement (certificate on the grades of student surveys), if it has them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidates can also attach the following documents with their application for the associate title of assistant, <\/strong><strong>which will be evaluated only if the candidates have the same number of points:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Original or certified photocopy of the Decision on previous selection for the position of assistant, if you have it,<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of scientific works in the field of choice, published in relevant publications (copy of the title page of the publication, copy of the imprint, content of the publication and summary of the work),<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of published books in the field of choice published in relevant publications (copy of the title page of the book, copy of the imprint and contents of the book)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>II TARGET GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Contest includes persons who are registered in the register of unemployed persons in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and which is proven by a confirmation\/attestation from the competent Employment Service before the conclusion of the employment contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>III CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An employment contract can be concluded with a person who fulfills the general conditions established by the law, the Statute and the Regulations on the work of the University of Zenica, as well as the special conditions for performing the duties of a certain position established by the law, the Statute and the Regulations on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces of the University of Zenica in Zenica from point I. of this Competition.<\/p>\n<p>The general conditions are:<\/p>\n<p>a) that the candidate is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;<br \/>\nb) that the candidate is medically fit to perform the duties of the position he is applying for;<br \/>\nc) that the candidate is not being prosecuted for a criminal offense and an economic offense that is an obstacle to the performance of the duties of the position to which he is applying,<br \/>\nd) that the candidate has not been convicted of a criminal offense or an economic offense that is a hindrance to the performance of the duties of the position to which he is applying, in the period of five years prior to the publication of the advertisement.<\/p>\n<p>Fulfillment of the general conditions is proven by appropriate original (authentic) documentation, which is submitted by the selected candidate before concluding the employment contract, and which, on the day of the announcement of the competition, cannot be older than 3 (three) months from the date of issue by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n<p>If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition of the foreign qualification in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n<p>In the cases provided for in the provisions of Article 4 of the Rulebook on the procedure and conditions for the selection of teachers and associates, the appointed Committee organizes and conducts an interview with candidates whose applications are timely and complete.<\/p>\n<p>The competition remains open for 15 (fifteen) days from the
