the Decision on previous selection for the position of assistant, if it is about promotion,<\/li>\n<li>An original diploma\/certificate of completion of the second cycle study in the appropriate field or a certified copy,<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the level of the average grade obtained during the first cycle of studies and the second cycle of studies (certificate of passed exams in the first cycle of studies and the second cycle of studies),<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the duration of the second cycle of studies (certificate of the duration of studies with data on the duration of studies),<\/li>\n<li>Birth certificate (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate),<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of citizenship (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not book)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>II TARGET GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Contest includes persons who are registered on the register of unemployed persons in the area of Zenica-Doboj Canton, and which is proven by a confirmation\/certification from the competent Employment Service of Zenica-Doboj Canton before the conclusion of the employment contract.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>III CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An employment contract can be concluded with a person who fulfills the general conditions established by the law, the Statute and the Regulations on the work of the University of Zenica, as well as the special conditions for performing the duties of a certain position established by the law, the Statute and the Regulations on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces of the University of Zenica in Zenica from point I. of this Competition.<\/p>\n<p>The general conditions are:<\/p>\n<p>a) that the candidate is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;<br \/>\nb) that the candidate is medically fit to perform the duties of the position he is applying for;<br \/>\nc) that the candidate is not being prosecuted for a criminal offense and an economic offense that is an obstacle to the performance of the duties of the position to which he is applying,<br \/>\nd) that the candidate has not been convicted of a criminal offense or an economic offense that is a hindrance to the performance of the job for which he is applying, in the period of five years prior to the announcement of the vacancy.<\/p>\n<p>Fulfillment of the general conditions is proven by appropriate original (authentic) documentation, which is submitted by the selected candidate before concluding the employment contract, and which, on the day of the announcement of the competition, cannot be older than 3 (three) months from the date of issue by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition of the foreign qualification in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n<p>In the cases provided for in the provisions of Article 4 of the Rulebook on the procedure and conditions for the selection of teachers and associates, the appointed Committee organizes and conducts an interview with candidates whose applications are timely and complete.<\/p>\n<p>The competition remains open for 15 (fifteen) days from the date of
