Representatives of the University of Zenica Prof. Ph.D. Hasan Avdu\u0161inovi\u0107, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Assurance and Amra Musli\u0107 Halilovi\u0107, Coordinator of the Office for International Cooperation, visited the University of Saarland as part of the "Erasmus+ informative week" program in the period from May 22 to May 26. in 2023. The topic of the week was Inclusion and internationalization of higher education institutions in light of the new Erasmus priorities published by the European Commission. During the meetings, the representative of the National Agency of Germany addressed the participants and presented Germany's strategy and priorities when it comes to inclusion in international cooperation. The host (Saarland University) presented the University's Inclusion Strategy as well as its capacities for working with students and employees with special needs, student workers, students with children, first generation students, etc. as well as previous experiences and challenges in accepting students and employees from different categories. Primarily, talks were held regarding work in the field of inclusion at partner universities whose representatives were present at the meetings, and it was concluded that frameworks and opportunities for exchanges will be defined with each university individually, respecting the priorities given by the competent agency in that country.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
