In the framework of CEEPUS - this teaching mobility project of the network M-RS-0304 "Technical Characteristics Researching of Modern Products in Machine Industry with the Purpose of Improvement Their Market Characteristics and Better Placement on the Market", representatives of the University of Zenica, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering and natural sciences were at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Economics, University of Belgrade.<\/p>\n
As part of the working meeting at the University of Belgrade, the representatives of the University of Zenica were received by the respected prof. Ph.D. Branislav Bori\u010di\u0107 \u2013 vice-rector for science at the University of Belgrade. In a very pleasant conversation, among other things, issues of development of the NIR area at both universities, systemic support for employees and young researchers in this field, participation in European projects, investments in NIR, etc. were discussed. Certainly, the desire for further joint participation of both universities in projects, conferences, research and scientific works of the teaching and research staff was indicated.<\/p>\n
At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Belgrade, the guests were received by the distinguished dean prof. Ph.D. Vladimir Popovi\u0107 with associates prof. Ph.D. Tatjana Lazovi\u0107 and prof. Ph.D. Nata\u0161a Tri\u0161ovi\u0107, and the state of higher education at our Faculties was discussed, as well as the possibilities of further development of cooperation and improvement of the previous activities between the two Faculties.<\/p>\n
A visit was also made to the Department for Structural Resistance, during which a short conversation was held with the head of the Department, prof. Ph.D. Vesno Milo\u0161evi\u0107-Miti\u0107, followed by a visit to the Laboratory for Stress and Strain Analysis, where the head of the laboratory is Assoc. Ph.D. Ana Petrovi\u0107 with colleagues dr. Simon Sedmak and others. Branislav \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107 - Research associates of the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, made a presentation of the Laboratory's work and capacity, and the possibility of further joint cooperation in certain common areas of interest was seen and recognized.<\/p>\n
As part of the activities of the SANU Mathematical Institute, hosted by Dr. Ivana Atanasovska - Scientific Advisor, a lecture by Dr. Ing. Corneliu Birtok-Baneasa from Romania.<\/p>\n
We would like to thank the respected prof. Ph.D. Branislav Bori\u010di\u0107 - vice-rector for NIR of the University of Belgrade, then prof.
