JU UNIVERSITY IN ZENICA<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on the Decision of the Commission for granting prior approval for filling vacant positions in cantonal administrative bodies and other bodies\/institutions in which salaries and other benefits of employees are fully or partially financed from the Budget of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 02-30-2933-3-6\/25 of 10.09.2025. and the Decision of the Rector of the University of Zenica, number: 01-10-15-4102\/25 of 08.10.2025., and in connection with the Regulation on the procedure for employment in the public sector in the Zenica-Doboj Canton ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton" number: 2\/24) and the Rules of Procedure of the Public Institution University of Zenica, the Public Institution University of Zenica with its headquarters at Fakultetska no. 3, Zenica, hereby announces<\/p>\n

to fill a vacant position in the Student Center of the University of Zenica<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Cookbook<\/strong> \u2013 Secondary education, IV\/III level of education in cooking \u2013 1 employee for an indefinite period.<\/p>\n

II<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I General conditions <\/strong>in terms of Article (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the University of Zenica are:<\/p>\n

a) That he\/she is a citizen of BiH,
\nb) That he\/she is medically fit to perform the duties of the position for which he\/she is applying,
\nc) That the candidate is not subject to legal proceedings for a criminal offense or economic offense that constitutes an obstacle to performing the duties of the position for which he\/she is applying,
\nd) That the candidate has not been convicted of a criminal offense or economic offense that constitutes an obstacle to performing the duties of the position for which he\/she is applying, in the period of five years prior to the publication of the advertisement.<\/p>\n

II Special conditions for the position of Cook are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) SSS, IV\/III level of culinary education,
\nb) 6 (six) months of work experience acquired exclusively after obtaining a vocational qualification in the same or similar jobs<\/p>\n

Candidates for the position of Cook must attach:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Sign up for an ad,<\/li>\n
  2. Short biography, contact phone number, e-mail address and residential address,<\/li>\n
  3. Birth certificate,<\/li>\n
  4. Proof of professional qualifications (secondary school diploma in accordance with point a) of the special conditions),<\/li>\n
  5. Certificate or confirmation as proof of work experience in the same or similar jobs in accordance with point b) of the special conditions,<\/li>\n
  6. If candidates have received special recognition during their education ("student of the generation", "gold badge", etc.), they are required to submit evidence of the same,<\/li>\n
  7. If candidates belong to the category of persons referred to in Article 15 of the Law on Supplementary Rights of Defenders and Their Family Members (\u201cOfficial Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton\u201d, No. 1\/14) and Article 14 of the Law on the Rights of Demobilized Defenders and Their Family Members (\u201cOfficial Gazette of the Federation of BiH\u201d, No. 54\/19), they are required to submit all necessary evidence of fulfillment of the conditions for exercising the rights referred to in the aforementioned articles of the Law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IV<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The job description for the specified position is provided for in the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Job Classification of the University of Zenica, which interested candidates can view on the website: www.unze.ba.<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    V<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0Candidates are required to sign the advertisement application as well as a short biography by hand.<\/p>\n

    Evidence of meeting the required general and specific conditions must be attached in the original or a certified photocopy, with a certification no older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Advertisement.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Evidence of special recognitions achieved during education ("student of the generation", "gold badge", etc.), as well as evidence of belonging to the category of persons from Article 15 of the Law on Supplementary Rights of Defenders and Their Family Members ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", No. 1\/14) and Article 14 of the Law on the Rights of Demobilized Defenders and Their Family Members ("Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", No. 54\/19), if candidates possess them and if they attach them to the application for the Advertisement, in terms of point III. subpoint 6. and subpoint 7. of this Advertisement, must be attached in the original or a certified photocopy, with a certification no older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Advertisement.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    With candidates who meet the requirements of the Advertisement for the position of Cook, the Commission for the Selection of Candidates for Employment will, in the candidate selection process, conduct a preliminary check of the candidates' professional knowledge and work skills through an oral interview with each candidate.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The area for the oral interview for the position of Cook is the technology of food preparation and distribution, hygiene in the kitchen and the application of nutritional norms, as well as responsibility towards work.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The Commission for the selection of candidates for employment will inform the candidates about the date and place of the interview by sending a scanned notification to the candidate's e-mail address at least five days before the interview, and the same notification will be posted on the website of the Student Center of the University of Zenica and on the bulletin board of the Student Center of the University of Zenica.<\/p>\n

    If invited candidates, who meet the requirements of the Advertisement, do not take the preliminary examination of their professional knowledge and work skills, they will be considered to have withdrawn from the Advertisement.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Within 15 (fifteen) days after the finality of the selection decision, a certificate of citizenship, not older than 3 (three) months, a certificate of no judicial proceedings, not older than 3 (three) months, a certificate of non-conviction, not older than 3 (three) months and a certificate of general health, not older than 3 (three) months, addressed to the Commission for the selection of candidates for employment.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    VI<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Applications with evidence of meeting the requirements from the Advertisement should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address: UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA, Fakultetska Street 3, 72 000 Zenica, with the following indication: \u201cApplication for the Advertisement for the position of \u201cCook\u201d at the Student Center of the University of Zenica \u2013 DO NOT OPEN\u201d.<\/p>\n

    The deadline for submitting applications to the Advertisement is 8 (eight) days from the date of publication. Messy, incomplete and<\/strong> Late applications will not be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n
