Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project Strengthening capacities and mechanisms for improving the quality assurance system in higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/em> \u2013 SMEKA<\/strong>, November 27, 2025.<\/strong> In 2018, a successful workshop entitled \u201cData collection and statistical processing \u2013 at the institutional and study program level\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The workshop brought together representatives of higher education institutions, ministries and quality assurance agencies, with the aim of strengthening capacities for collecting, processing and using data for the purpose of improving quality in higher education.<\/p>\n

In the introductory part, the participants were addressed by Prof. Dr. Hasan Avdu\u0161inovi\u0107 on behalf of the University of Zenica, Prof. Dr. Enes Ha\u0161i\u0107, Director of the Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance (HEA), and Prof. Dr. Malik \u010cabaravdi\u0107 as the coordinator of the SMEQA project. The introductory part highlighted the importance, goals and expected results of the workshop.<\/p>\n
