UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Na osnovu \u010dlana 54. i \u010dlana 76. stav (3) Zakona o visokom obrazovanju (\u201eSlu\u017ebene novine Zeni\u010dko-dobojskog kantona\u201d, broj: 12\/22, 15\/24 \u2013 Autenti\u010dno tuma\u010denje i 5\/25), \u010dlana 19. stav 2. i \u010dlana 21.i stav 3. Zakona o JU Univerzitet u Zenici \u2013 Pre\u010di\u0161\u0107eni tekst (\u201eSlu\u017ebene novine Zeni\u010dko-dobojskog kantona\u201c broj: 1\/18, 10\/18 i 13\/21), \u010dlana 62. stav (1) i \u010dlana 162. stav (1) Statuta Univerziteta u Zenici (Pre\u010di\u0161\u0107eni tekst), te Odluke Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici, broj: 01-01-3-1638\/26 od 14.5.2026. godine, raspisuje se<\/p>\n

COMPETITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

for the election and appointment of the director of the Student Center of the University of Zenica<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I<\/strong><\/p>\n

The director of the Student Center is elected for a mandate period of 4 (four) years.<\/p>\n

Djelokrug rada Direktora Studentskog centra utvr\u0111en je odredbama \u010dlana 75. stav (2) Zakona o visokom obrazovanju (\u201eSlu\u017ebene novine Zeni\u010dko-dobojskog kantona\u201d, broj: 12\/22, 15\/24 \u2013 Autenti\u010dno tuma\u010denje i 5\/25), \u010dlana 21.h stav (2) Zakona o JU Univerzitet u Zenici \u2013 Pre\u010di\u0161\u0107eni tekst (\u201eSlu\u017ebene novine Zeni\u010dko-dobojskog kantona\u201c broj: 1\/18, 10\/18 i 13\/21) i \u010dlana 161. stav (1) Statuta Univerziteta u Zenici (Pre\u010di\u0161\u0107eni tekst), i to:<\/p>\n

a) organizes and manages the work of the Student Center;
\nb) represents the Student Center and is responsible for its work;
\nc) represents the Student Center within the scope of registered activity and upon the rector's authorization;
\nd) donosi pojedina\u010dne akte u skladu sa zakonom i Statutom Univerziteta;
\ne) odlu\u010duje u prvom stepenu pojedina\u010dnim pravima obavezama i odgovornostima zaposlenika iz radnog odnosa ili u vezi s radnim odnosom u studentskom centru;
\nf) predla\u017ee rektoru unutra\u0161nju organizaciju i sistematizaciju radnih mjesta Studentskog centra;
\ng) predla\u017ee kori\u0161tenje vlastitih sredstava organizacione jedinice u skladu sa zakonskim propisima;
\nh) raspola\u017ee finansijskim sredstvima Studentskog centra u pojedina\u010dnom iznosu do 8.000,00 KM;
\ni) vr\u0161i kompetencije naredbodavca za izvr\u0161enje finansijskog plana koji se odnosi na Studentski centar;
\nj) predla\u017ee promjene i pro\u0161irenja djelatnosti i organizacije Studentskog centra;
\nk) predla\u017ee mjere za pobolj\u0161anje i unapre\u0111enje procesa rada u Studentskom centru;
\nl) predla\u017ee Upravnom odboru Univerziteta raspisivanje konkursa za prijem studenata na ishranu i smje\u0161taj u Studentski centar Univerziteta;
\nm) provodi odluke, zaklju\u010dke i druge akte nadle\u017enih organa, u skladu sa zakonom, Statutom i drugim op\u0107im aktima Univerziteta;
\nn) obavlja i druge poslove utvr\u0111ene zakonom, Statutom i drugim op\u0107im aktima Univerziteta.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

II<\/strong><\/p>\n

A candidate who meets the general and special conditions can be elected as the director of the Student Center of the University of Zenica:<\/p>\n

General conditions<\/strong> within the meaning of this point are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,<\/li>\n
  2. da nije pravosna\u017eno osu\u0111en za krivi\u010dno djelo s pravnom posljedicom zabrane vr\u0161enja funkcije.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Special conditions<\/strong> within the meaning of this point are:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. da ima visoku stru\u010dnu spremu, odnosno zavr\u0161en prvi ciklus studija u \u010detvorogodi\u0161njem trajanju i najmanje tri godine radnog iskustva na odgovaraju\u0107im rukovode\u0107im poslovima,<\/li>\n
    2. that the public enjoys the reputation of a creative personality capable of managing the Student Center, i.e. that he will offer the Work and Development Program of the Student Center during the term of office,<\/li>\n
    3. knowledge of working on a computer and one of the world's languages,<\/li>\n
    4. da nema funkciju u izvr\u0161nim organima politi\u010dke partije ili organizacije koja je povezana s politi\u010dkom partijom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      III<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Za direktora mo\u017ee biti izabran kandidat koji je u radnom odnosu na Univerzitetu, odnosno kandidat koji potpisanom izjavom, ovjerenom kod nadle\u017enog organa, potvrdi uspostavljanje radno-pravnog statusa s punim radnim vremenom, nakon okon\u010dane procedure izbora za direktora.<\/p>\n

      IV<\/strong><\/p>\n

      With signed<\/strong> application <\/strong>kandidati za direktora du\u017eni su prilo\u017eiti dokaze o ispunjavanju propisanih op\u0161tih i posebnih uslova i to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Brief biography, address, contact phone number, e-mail,<\/li>\n
      2. Certificate of citizenship, in accordance with point II subpoint 1. (general conditions),<\/li>\n
      3. A diploma of completed higher professional education, i.e. completed first cycle of four-year studies and a certificate\/certificate of work experience in managerial positions, in accordance with point II subpoint 1. (special conditions),<\/li>\n
      4. Work and development program of the Student Center, in accordance with point II subpoint 2. (special conditions),<\/li>\n
      5. Certificate\/certificate of knowledge of computer work and certificate\/certificate of knowledge of at least one world language, in accordance with point II sub-point 3. (special conditions),<\/li>\n
      6. A statement that he does not hold a position in the executive bodies of a political party or an organization affiliated with a political party, certified by a competent authority, in accordance with point II subpoint 4. (special conditions),<\/li>\n
      7. Izjavu o uspostavljanju radno-pravnog statusa s punim radnim vremenom na Univerzitetu u Zenici u slu\u010daju da bude izabran i imenovan za direktora, ovjerenu od strane nadle\u017enog organa, u skladu s ta\u010dkom III Konkursa (za kandidate koji nisu u radnom odnosu na Univerzitetu u Zenici),<\/strong><\/li>\n
      8. Potvrda\/uvjerenje o radnom odnosu na Univerzitetu u Zenici u skladu s ta\u010dkom III Konkursa (za kandidate koji su u radnom odnosu na Univerzitetu u Zenici).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        V<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Dokumenti o ispunjavanju op\u0161tih i posebnih uslova iz ta\u010dke IV moraju biti originalni ili kopije s ovjerom ne starijom od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana objavljivanja Konkursa, a Program rada i razvoja Studentskog centra mora biti dostavljen u pisanoj i u elektronskoj verziji (na CD-u ili USB-u).<\/p>\n

        If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit the original or a certified photocopy of the decision on its certification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A certified photocopy of the decision on the nostrification or recognition of diplomas obtained abroad cannot be older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition.<\/p>\n

        Kandidat je obavezan potpisati<\/strong> prijavu na Konkurs, kra\u0107u biografiju, adresu, kontakt-telefon, e-mail adresu, kao i pisanu verziju Programa rada i razvoja Studentskog centra Univerziteta u Zenici za mandatni period.<\/p>\n

        As valid proof of work experience in managerial positions, a certificate\/certificate from the employer or employers for whom he worked or works, which should be precise and detailed, with information on which jobs the candidate worked or is working on, the name of the position with a job description, how many he has been performing the mentioned jobs for a long time, so as much data as possible that will prove the necessary work experience.<\/p>\n

        A certificate\/certificate from schools or other institutions dealing with computer knowledge training, regardless of whether they are located in BiH or outside BiH, a certificate\/certificate from the faculty on passing an exam in computer science, as well as another document from the faculty - a certified copy of the registration form - index, which confirms knowledge or knowledge of computer work, a diploma or other document confirming the acquired title or occupation that is directly related to computer work.<\/p>\n

        A certificate\/certificate from a verified institution, a certificate\/certificate from a faculty on passing an exam in one world language, as well as another document from the faculty - a certified copy of the registration form - index, which confirms knowledge or knowledge of one world language, is considered valid proof of knowledge of at least one world language. a diploma or other document that confirms the acquired title or occupation that is directly related to the knowledge of at least one world language.<\/p>\n

        Candidates who meet the requirements of the Competition will present their Work and Development Program of the Student Center at the election session of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica.<\/p>\n

        VI<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Kandidat koji bude izabran Odlukom Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici obavezan je u roku od 7 (sedam) dana od dana odr\u017eane sjednice Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici dostaviti Konkursnoj komisiji za provo\u0111enje konkursne procedure za izbor direktora Studentskog centra Univerziteta u Zenici, potvrdu\/uvjerenje Ministarstva unutra\u0161njih poslova u skladu s ta\u010dkom II podta\u010dka 2. op\u0161tih uslova Konkursa, u originalu ili ovjerenoj kopiji, ne starije od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana izdavanja od strane nadle\u017enog organa.<\/p>\n

        Informacije o djelokrugu rada direktora Studentskog centra Univerziteta u Zenici dostupne su na WEB stranici Univerziteta u Zenici www.unze.ba (Statute<\/a>).<\/p>\n

        VII<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Applications, with all necessary documentation, must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Contest in the daily newspaper.<\/p>\n

        Applications for the Competition with the necessary attachments are submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, to the address:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
