Na osnovu \u010dlana 70. stav (4) i \u010dlana 71. stav (4) Zakona o visokom obrazovanju (\u201eSlu\u017ebene novine Zeni\u010dko-dobojskog kantona\u201d, broj: 12\/22, 15\/24-Autenti\u010dno tuma\u010denje, 5\/25 i 12\/26 i 19\/26), \u010dlana 21.b stav (6) alineja 4. i \u010dlana 21.d stav (3) Zakona o javnoj ustanovi Univerzitet u Zenici – Pre\u010di\u0161\u0107eni tekst \u2013 (\u201eSlu\u017ebene novine Zeni\u010dko-dobojskog kantona\u201d, broj: 1\/18, 10\/18 i 13\/21 i 12\/26) i \u010dlana 113. stav (1) ta\u010dka e), a u vezi sa \u010dlanovima 122. i 123. Statuta Univerziteta u Zenici i Odluke Nau\u010dno-nastavno vije\u0107e Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici, broj: 06-200-001-001-1035\/26 od 17.09.2026. godine, Nau\u010dno-nastavno vije\u0107e Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerzitet u Zenici,\u00a0 objavljuje<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

COMPETITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

for the election of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, University of Zenica<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I<\/strong><\/p>\n

A candidate who fulfills the following can be elected dean of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica general conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

a) that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
\nb) that he has not been legally convicted of a criminal offense with the legal consequence of a ban on holding office;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition to the general requirements, the candidate should meet the following special conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

a) that the teacher holds the scientific-teaching title of full or part-time professor or assistant professor who meets the legal requirements;
\nb) to actively know at least one world language;
\nc) da nema funkciju u izvr\u0161nim organima neke politi\u010dke partije ili neke organizacije povezane s politi\u010dkom partijom.
\nd) that he is in full-time employment with the University of Zenica.<\/p>\n

The dean is elected for a mandate period of 4 (four) years.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

II<\/strong><\/p>\n

A candidate who has the ability to manage the Faculty can be elected dean, as evidenced by the submission of the Faculty's Work and Development Program for the term of office.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

III<\/strong><\/p>\n

Along with the Application for the Competition, the candidate is obliged to attach in the original or a certified photocopy<\/strong> evidence of fulfillment of general and special conditions, namely:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,<\/li>\n
  2. Certificate of citizenship, in accordance with point a) of the general conditions;<\/li>\n
  3. The decision on the last selection for the scientific-teaching title of full or part-time professor or assistant professor, in accordance with point a) of the special conditions;<\/li>\n
  4. Certificate of active knowledge of at least one world language, in accordance with point b) of the special conditions;<\/li>\n
  5. Izjavu da nema funkciju u izvr\u0161nim organima neke politi\u010dke partije ili neke organizacije koja je povezana s politi\u010dkom partijom, ovjerenu kod nadle\u017enog organa ili notara, u skladu s ta\u010dkom c) posebnih uslova;<\/li>\n
  6. Certificate of full-time employment at the University of Zenica, in accordance with point d) of the special conditions;<\/li>\n
  7. Faculty work and development program for the mandate period (to be submitted in printed and electronic versions (on CD or USB), in accordance with Article II;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Dokumenti navedeni u prethodnom stavu moraju biti originali ili kopije s ovjerom ne starijom od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana objavljivanja Konkursa, a program rada i razvoja i u elektronskoj verziji (na CD-u ili USB-u).<\/p>\n

    If the diploma for the scientific degree of Doctor of Science was obtained abroad, the candidate must submit a decision on its nostrification.<\/p>\n

    The candidate is obliged to sign the competition application, a short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number, e-mail address and the Faculty's Work and Development Program for the term of office.<\/p>\n

    IV<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Candidates who meet the conditions required by the Competition will present their work and development program at the election session of the Scientific and Teaching Council of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    V<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Applications with all necessary evidence must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Contest in a daily newspaper.<\/p>\n

    Kandidat koji bude izabran odlukom Nau\u010dno-nastavnog vije\u0107a Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici obavezan je u roku od 7 (sedam) dana od dana odr\u017eavanja sjednice Nau\u010dno-nastavnog vije\u0107a Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici dostaviti konkursnoj komisiji za izbor dekana Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici potvrdu\/uvjerenje izdatu od strane nadle\u017enog organa u skladu sa ta\u010dkom b) op\u0161tih uslova. Navedenu potvrdu\/uvjerenje, ne stariji od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana izdavanja od strane nadle\u017enog organa, kandidati dostavljaju u originalu ili ovjerenoj kopiji.<\/p>\n

    VI<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Information on the scope of work of the Dean of the Faculty is available on the website of the University of Zenica www.unze.ba (Statute).<\/p>\n

    Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.<\/p>\n

    Applications for the Competition with the necessary attachments are submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, to the address:<\/p>\n
