Based on the Decision of the Senate of the University of Zenica, on the announcement of a competition for the election of the vice-rector of the University of Zenica, number: 01-02-5-3475\/18 dated 03.10.2018. year, the University of Zenica publishes<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

COMPETITION
\n<\/strong>for the election of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Zenica<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I<\/h3>\n

The competition for the election of the vice-rector of the University of Zenica is announced, as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Vice Chancellor for Teaching and Student Affairs,<\/li>\n
  2. Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, i<\/li>\n
  3. Vice Chancellor for International Cooperation and Quality Assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    II<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    A candidate who meets the following general conditions can be elected vice-rector of the University of Zenica:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,<\/li>\n
    2. that he is older than 18 years,<\/li>\n
    3. that the candidate for vice-rector is not prosecuted for a criminal offense and an economic offense incompatible with the function of vice-rector,<\/li>\n
    4. that he has not been convicted of a criminal offense and an economic offense incompatible with the function of vice-rector.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      In addition to the general conditions stipulated in the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text), the candidate should meet the following special conditions:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. that the teacher holds the scientific-teaching title of full or part-time professor, who meets the legal requirements,<\/li>\n
      2. to actively know at least one world language,<\/li>\n
      3. that he does not have a position in the executive bodies of a political party or an organization associated with a political party.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        III<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        The vice-rector is appointed for a period of 4 (four) years.<\/p>\n

        Information on the scope of work of the vice-chancellor is available on the website of the University of Zenica www.unze.ba Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text).<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        IV<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        During the duration of the mandate, if he is not in such a status, the vice-chancellor establishes a full-time labor-legal status at the University, which is proven by a statement certified by the competent authority.<\/p>\n

        \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        V<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        With application<\/u><\/strong> candidates for vice-rector are required to submit evidence of fulfilling the prescribed conditions, namely:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. A short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,<\/li>\n
        2. Certificate of citizenship, in accordance with point II subpoint 1 of the general conditions,<\/li>\n
        3. Birth certificate, in accordance with point II subpoint 2 of the general conditions,<\/li>\n
        4. The decision on the appointment to the position of full-time or part-time professor, in accordance with point II subpoint 1 of the special conditions,<\/li>\n
        5. Certificate of active knowledge of at least one world language, in accordance with point II subpoint 2 of the special conditions,<\/li>\n
        6. A statement certified by the competent authority that he does not hold a position in the executive bodies of a political party or an organization associated with a political party, in accordance with point II subpoint 3 of the special conditions,<\/li>\n
        7. A statement certified by the competent authority about the intention to establish a full-time employment-legal status at the University of Zenica, if the candidate is not in the specified status, in accordance with point IV of the Competition.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

          The documents mentioned in the previous paragraph must be original or certified copies not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition.<\/p>\n

          \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The candidate is obliged to sign the Application for the Competition and a short Biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address, <\/strong>in<\/strong> the opposite<\/strong> application<\/strong> candidate<\/strong> consider<\/strong> c<\/strong>e<\/strong> are<\/strong> incomplete<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

          VI<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          The candidate who is elected by the decision of the Senate of the University of Zenica is obliged to submit to the Competition Committee for the election of the vice-chancellor of the University of Zenica, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the election session of the Senate of the University of Zenica, the certificates\/verifications of the competent courts in accordance with point II sub-point 3. of the general terms and conditions and confirmation\/verification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with point II sub-point 4 of the general terms of the Competition.<\/p>\n

          The above-mentioned certificates\/verifications, not older than 3 (three) months from the date of issue by the competent authorities, the candidate submits in the original or a certified copy.<\/p>\n

          \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

          VII<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Applications with all necessary evidence must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Competition in the daily newspaper.<\/p>\n

          PLEASE NOTE<\/strong>: <\/strong>Candidate<\/strong> are<\/strong> once<\/strong> application<\/strong> with<\/strong> to all<\/strong> necessary<\/strong> evidence<\/strong> in<\/strong> closed<\/strong> envelopes<\/strong> mo<\/strong>h<\/strong>e<\/strong> report<\/strong> only<\/strong> on<\/strong> one<\/strong> position<\/strong> vice-rector<\/strong>. <\/strong>If<\/strong> are<\/strong> candidate<\/strong> reports<\/strong> on<\/strong> you<\/strong>sh<\/strong>e<\/strong> of<\/strong> one<\/strong> positions<\/strong> vice-rector<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>mandatory<\/strong> is<\/strong> deliver<\/strong> separate<\/strong> applications<\/strong> with<\/strong> to all<\/strong> necessary<\/strong> evidence<\/strong> in<\/strong> separated <\/strong>closed<\/strong> envelopes<\/strong>, <\/strong>in<\/strong> the opposite<\/strong> application<\/strong> candidate<\/strong> consider<\/strong> c<\/strong>e<\/strong> are<\/strong> messy<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The application for the Competition with the necessary attachments must be submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the rector's office of the University of Zenica, to the address:<\/p>\n

          Incomplete, untimely and untidy applications will not be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n
