D4D is a project of the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH and the Government of Switzerland, in partnership with UNDP BiH and IOM BiH.<\/p>\n<p>The lecturers will be Dragana Mari\u0107 Me\u0161i\u0107, senior patent associate of the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH, and Tarik Kapi\u0107 from Bovard LTD, Patent and Trademark Attorneys, Switzerland. The lecture will be held in classroom 3201 of the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica, Fakultetska 1, on Monday, December 3, 2018, from 12:00 to 15:00.<\/p>\n<p>The term intellectual property (IV) refers to creations of the mind such as inventions, literary and artistic works, symbols, names, images and designs used in industry. It is divided into two categories: industrial property (inventions-patents, trademarks, industrial designs, designations of geographical origin, integrated circuit topographies and plant varieties) and copyright (literary and artistic works). Software products are a specific category that is not easy to protect as intellectual property, and you can learn more about this topic at this public lecture.
