In Dubrovnik, from December 13 to 16, 2018, the "Vedran Jelavi\u0107 Memorial" International Volleyball Tournament was held, in which the student teams of the University of Zenica participated for the third time: the women's volleyball team and the men's basketball team. Basketball and volleyball teams from the University of Pecs (Hungary), the University of Zadar, the University of Vern, the Polytechnic in Karlovac, the University of Vara\u017edin, the University of Pristina (Kosovo) participated in this tournament in addition to the University of Zenica and the University of Dubrovnik, which is also the organizer. , University of Montenegro and Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture Maribor.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the women's volleyball team achieved a notable result and won 3rd place in a very strong competition, while Maid Red\u017ei\u0107, a student of the Faculty of Economics, won 2nd place in the dunk.<\/p>\n

On Friday, December 14, 2018, a representative of the University of Zenica visited the University of Dubrovnik. On that occasion, the rector of the University of Zenica, Prof. Ph.D. Damir Kuki\u0107 and representatives of the departments and faculties of the University of Zenica were hosted by Prof. Ph.D. Nik\u0161a Burum and Prof. Ph.D. Martin Lazar, vice-rector for international cooperation and science.<\/p>\n

The meeting discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the two higher education institutions in the fields of economics, mechanical engineering and cultural studies, as well as the possibilities of student exchange, especially through Erasmus programs. Representatives of the University of Zenica also visited the Maritime Faculty.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
