The training is organized by the TPO Foundation from Sarajevo and the University of Zenica.<\/li>\n<li>The &quot;Nira Leaders&quot; training consists of two two-day trainings: one includes personal development and the other professional development. During these trainings, male and female students will have the opportunity to learn how to strengthen their self-confidence, take control, learn to accept successes and failures, believe in themselves and achieve their goals, how to manage their career, brand their talents, and acquire the basic skills necessary for professional development and application to projects.<\/li>\n<li>The TPO Foundation covers the costs of food, refreshments and didactic materials for the participants.<\/li>\n<li>After completing the training, the participants will receive a certificate and have the opportunity to apply for grants from the TPO Foundation on the topic <em>Civic activism and human rights.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>The 10 best applications will receive financial resources and mentoring support for the realization of their projects.<\/li>\n<li>Participants of these trainings will also have the opportunity to connect with students from the University of Tuzla and students from other universities in BiH and the region who are working on similar projects.<\/li>\n<li>Participants will be able to take part in a new program of critical thinking that will take place in Zenica and that will offer attractive content and new forms of communication.<\/li>\n<li>This is an opportunity for all students, who want and want to improve themselves, their skills and create new opportunities for finding jobs and building a career, to apply for the Call.<\/li>\n<li>Applications are open from 21.2. until 4.3. current year.<\/li>\n<li>For any additional questions, contact the project coordinator Azra Neziri\u0107: koordinator5@tpofond.org and the University coordinator Aras Bori\u0107: arasboric1970@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>Applications with motivation letter up to max.
