In continuation of the promotion of the STINT project - "Strengthening internationalization in higher education in BiH". (<\/strong>Strengthening of Internationalization in B&H Higher Education \/ STINT)" <\/strong>as part of the Erasmus+ program, the head of the UNZE project team, Prof. Dr. Darko Petkovi\u0107, held a lecture for the students of the mixed secondary school in Busova\u010da. The topic was the Bologna process and internationalization in Bosnia and Herzegovina - How the University of Zenica works on these topics, as well as the development of new study departments that have an international character. In the introductory conversation with director Admir Hod\u017ei\u0107, prof. Petkovi\u0107 received basic information about the school, and then he gave the aforementioned lecture in front of more than 50 students from the high school, technical and economic schools. The importance of the internationalization of universities as an important element of the work of higher education organizations in the 21st century was especially highlighted. There was also talk about the model of dual (cooperative) education, which is only partially present in higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The graduates were particularly interested in how mobility is achieved, what they represent and how ECTS points are calculated, whether it is possible to continue studying in the EU from BH universities, how our students can enroll in foreign universities, what the Bologna Process has changed in relation to the study system before the Bologna Declaration, are our diplomas recognized in Europe, what are the rules for admission to universities, etc. On the practical example of the development of the Department of Design and Technologies in Wood Processing (DTD) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Zenica, it was shown how foreign experiences can be used in the development of modern study programs at our universities.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
