After the welcoming address of Minister Sr\u0111an Raj\u010devi\u0107 and the presentation of the representative of the Ministry, Ph.D. Jelene Star\u010devi\u0107 and Ph.D. Radmile Peji\u0107, followed by presentations of experiences in the internationalization of universities in Banja Luka and East Sarajevo. Examples of good practice in FBiH were presented by Prof. Dr. Darko Petkovi\u0107, who spoke about the evaluation of internationalization parameters expressed through KPIs done as a pilot project of the Internal Evaluation of Internationalization of UNZE for the period 2008-2018, while D\u017eenan Omanovi\u0107 from the Center for Information and Recognition of Documents from the field of higher education from Mostar spoke about the challenges and solutions of recognizing foreign diplomas and qualifications.
