09/02/2016 CIP UNZE: VISIT TO EĆO COMPANY (EĆO-COMPANY) IN SARAJEVO

As part of the economic cooperation that CIP UNZE is developing in every way and the efforts to raise learning about woodworking (characteristics, technologies, design, etc.) to a higher level, a visit was made to EĆO-Company INSIDE (www.inside.ba ).

After visiting the showroom of finished products and the Interior Design Department, prof. Ph.D. Darko Petković, director of CIP of UNZE and associate dr. sc. Dženan Kulović toured the new facility of production plants and got acquainted with the existing production program and technologies, as well as some ideas for the future.

After that, they discussed with the general manager Suad Eća about the possibility of starting certain serial production programs based on the LEAN concept. Prof. Ph.D. Petković also presented the student entrepreneurship development project - iDEAlab, with the aim of opening the doors of the company to UNZE students who would do their internship there or contribute to the development of the company with certain project ideas in the new production hall with almost 10,000 m2.

Together with prof. Ph.D. Petković et al. Kulović was also visited by PtF student Aldin Ahmetspahić, who is supposed to do his graduate work at the EĆO company.
