04.12.2019. CIP, MF and PTF UNZE: III BUSINESS-EDUCATION DAY FOR STUDENTS

The third business-educational day for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Polytechnic in the implementation of the teaching process in the academic year 2019/20. year, within the Department of Industrial Engineering and CIM Systems and the Department of Design and Technologies in Wood Processing, was held again in the Central Bosnian Canton (SBK). The focus of the visit was on wood processing facilities, but the students also had the opportunity to see chemical processes as well as packaging production. The first in the series was the business system TISAL _EZ Group Busovača (Kaćuni) hosted by Mr. Mahir Mujić, executive director introduced the students in detail to the methods of production of chemical preparations for households (liquids for washing dishes, windows, tablets for dishwashers, etc. - hall 1) and in the second part (hall 2) the production of various plastic packaging for own facilities for chemical production and plastic packaging for the market (https://tisal.ba/). It was continued in the TAMEX-Busovac business system, a modern business system from woodworking and furniture production that mainly uses natural wood (massive) for the production of very attractive products intended for the 99% foreign market (mainly Germany). All stages of processing are represented in production - from raw wood to the final product, which is not only wood but also furniture in the form of wood-leather, wood-textile, etc. Modern design solutions and a modern machine park are the characteristics of this company, which was designed by the Italian company Biesse (http://www.tamex.ba). The third business system was Kontinental in Kiseljak, which is engaged in the production of building joinery. Windows, doors, shutters, shutters are produced from wood: spruce, larch, oak, meranti, and on order also from teak. The product is made from first-class wood dried in our own dryers, at an optimal 10 to 12% humidity. The company is predominantly export-oriented to the EU and wider markets. Today, the famous manufacturer MS Wood works in the former steel rope factory. They work exclusively with solid wood (natural material) in several lines. Some are for mass production (e.g. chairs or work cabinets for IKEA) and others for smaller series are modern tables, interior elements, etc..
