19-22.04.2018. CIP AND MF UNZE: VISIT TO SIGNIFICANT HISTORICAL SITES IN BIH AND CG
A multi-day visit to the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro showed that the third-year students of the Maintenance Department of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and CIP of the University of Zenica are not only interested in business systems. After very meaningful visits in the teaching process (Plantaža Distillery, Inpek and Šipčanik Cellar in Podgorica, Kotor Maritime Faculty, Tivat Nautical Museum, Port Bar), students and teachers visited the Old Town in Budva, the Old Town Center in Kotor, which is under protection of UNESCO, Stari Bar, Lake Skadar, the town of the island of St. Stefan, the Old Town in Trebinje and the monument to those who died in the Second World War on Tjentište. Through these visits as well as the great interest shown by the students, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering showed that during schooling, not only knowledge is built, but the complete personality of the student. Here, too, it is important to emphasize that the professional excursion of the third-year students of the Department of Maintenance and the teachers of the department and CIP UNZE was completely financed by the personal funds of the teaching staff and the participation of students.
