28-29.11.2016. MF and CIP UNZE: FINAL MEETINGS ON THE RESI TEMPUS PROJECT

The Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Montenegro hosted the project holder University of Hohenheim from Germany, the holder of Tempus "Renewable Energy Studies in Western Balkan Countries" and universities from Mostar, Zenica and Podgorica. The topic of the meeting was the final evaluation of the documentation from the project and an overview of significant activities from the project that will follow as a continuation of the project. Prof. Dr. Darko Petković, TTO project manager for UNZE, presented the decision of the ZDK Government on the approval of admission to the master's degree "Renewable energy sources and ecological sustainability", which should soon start at the MF UNZE. The concept of PhD studies and the modalities of possible cooperation between universities from the RESI project consortium were discussed. Prof. Petković presented the previous activities of the MoF on the establishment of the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources and the cooperation with the German technical office of GIZ BIH. Considering the importance of regional development of centers for energy efficiency and multidisciplinarity of approaches that the establishment of such centers entails, discussions and dissemination of the RESI project were also held with the dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at UCG Prof. Dr. Srđo Aleksić, the director of the Institute for Subtropical Cultures from Bar Prof. Dr. Ranko Popović, the dean of the Faculty of Biotechnology UDG Prof. Dr. Vesna You are in love with the professional team of the University of Shkodër.
