8/9/01/2018. CIP, MF AND PTF UNZE: BUSINESS DAYS IN PREVENT AND AL-EX

As part of the implementation of the teaching process at MF and PtF in the subjects Production systems, Internal transport and Design of technological processes, visits were made to the business systems Prevent Zenica (01.08) and AL-EX (01.09). As part of the visit to the Prevent Zenica Business System, the students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the ways of organization and operation of the system that works in conditions of mass and large-scale production. Through a tour of the factory in Zenica, the students had the opportunity to see the production of several different products, the ways in which production is prepared and work orders are launched, quality control, organization of storage and internal transport, as well as programming of CNC tailoring units, etc. In the woodworking family company AL-EX, students were introduced to the entire production process from raw wood (logs) through the drying and steaming process, to the processing and making of galvanized plates (beech, oak) and part of the finalization and production of furniture according to the customer's order and measurements. In a very informative visit, the students were able to see how interesting production programs can be created even in small business systems (up to 50 employees) and how interesting products can be made even with conventional machines and good craftsmen. The owner and director of the factory, B.Sc. Emir Akvić called on the students to try to achieve as much of their education as possible in cooperation with factories through various types of practice.
