Office for Career and Competence Development of the University of Zenica: RECOMMENDATIONS

The Office for Career and Competence Development of the University of Zenica would like to point out the following opportunities to students:

• Applications are open for the "Best of South East 2015/16" training and internship program

It is about the already traditional "Best of South East" programs organized by the bank Sparkasse in cooperation with University of Graz. They offer participants two programs - internships at the Sparkasse bank (or another Styrian company) and studies at the University of Graz. The goal of the program is to provide students with additional training and education, as well as international work experience.

– Both programs last from September 2016 to August 2017.
- All participants will be fully materially insured, including the costs of travel, accommodation, and a monthly allowance of 420 EUR.
- Participants are expected to have an excellent knowledge of English (B1) and a good knowledge of German (A2), very good grades in economic or legal studies, as well as dedication, flexibility, as well as good communication, analytical and practical economic skills.
- How to fill online application form, it is necessary to submit the name and surname, the name of the home university (original and in English), as well as the study cycle and direction for students, and for graduates and the date of graduation, to the address of the contact person Christa Grassauer: christa.grassauer@uni-graz.at

• Published brochure "My competences, my chance for success"

Many often wonder which jobs they can do successfully, or in which jobs they have a predisposition for success. The brochure "My competences, my chance for a smile" talks about the identification, development and balancing of knowledge, skills and competences, with the help of the "Competence Passport" instrument. Through "Passport" we analyze our life through eight life fields, namely: education, additional training, business life and practice, household and family, hobbies and interests, military service and/or civil obligations, political and/or social engagement and special life situations (positive and negative). "Competence passport" helps us to strengthen our self-confidence, and present our abilities more easily and simply. • Invitation to law school students

"Lawyr" invites law students from Central and Eastern Europe to send their articles for the 11th edition of the magazine of the same name by March 31, 2016 to the e-mail address: editors@lawyr.it.

– If you are enrolled in a university (regardless of which cycle), you can submit an unlimited number of legal papers on a topic of your choice, which we can include in our sections with a domestic focus, an international focus or reflections.
- It is also necessary to submit a list of used bibliography, contact information, a photo and a brief description of your study.
- Papers should have from 1350 to 2500 words.
