COMPETITION
for choice teachers and associates

FACULTY OF METALLURGY AND MATERIALS

Teacher

• Teacher for selection into one of the scientific-teaching professions (full professor, associate professor or assistant professor)
  - with the establishment of an employment relationship - 
  for the field: "Technical sciences", field: "Metallurgy", branch: "Process metallurgy" 1 executor       

• Teacher for selection into one of the scientific-teaching professions (full professor, associate professor or assistant professor)
  - with the establishment of an employment relationship -
  for scientific fields: "Physics" and "Applied Physics" 1 executor

FACULTY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Teacher

• Teacher for selection into one of the scientific-teaching professions (full professor, associate professor or assistant professor)
  - with the establishment of an employment relationship -
  for the scientific field of Waste Materials Management
  and the subject Mining Technology 1 executor

FACULTY OF HEALTH
Teacher

• Teacher for selection into one of the scientific-teaching professions (full professor, associate professor or assistant professor)
  - with the establishment of an employment relationship -
  for the subject: "Epidemiology" 1 executor

FACULTY OF PHILOSOPHY
Teacher

• Teacher in all scientific-teaching professions (with the establishment of an employment relationship)
  for narrow scientific field: "Pedagogy" 1 executor

Collaborator

• Collaborator elected to the title of senior assistant (with the establishment of an employment relationship)

CONDITIONS:
The conditions for selection into scientific-teaching (teaching and associate) positions are determined by the provisions of Article 80 of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton" number: 6/09, 9/13, 13/13 and 4/15) and the provisions of articles 279, 280, 281, 282 and 294 of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text).

With the application for election to the teaching profession, candidates must attach:

1. A short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,
2. The original diploma or a certified photocopy of the diploma of the scientific degree of Doctor of Science,
3. Evidence of scientific works in the field of choice, published in relevant publications - all after obtaining the last degree (copy of the title page of the publication, copy of the imprint, content of the publication and summary of the work),
4. Evidence of published books in the field of choice, - all after obtaining the last title (copy of the title page of the book, copy of the imprint and contents of the book),
5. Evidence of original professional projects, patents or original methods - all after the election to the position of assistant professor
6. Evidence of mentoring or commenting in the process of preparing doctoral and master's theses (copy of appointment decision),
7. Birth certificate (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Contest),
8. Certificate of citizenship (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Contest),
9. Certificate of knowledge of one world language issued by a verified institution (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition).

In the event that a larger number of candidates apply for the competition for the selection of teachers in the title of assistant professor/associate professor/full professor, evidence of the evaluation of the criteria established in Article 294, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text).

With the application for election to the associate title, candidates must attach:

1. A short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,
2. An original diploma or a certified photocopy of an undergraduate/master's degree,
3. Proof of the average grade achieved during the undergraduate studies, when selected for the assistant title - assistant (certificate of passed exams),
4. Birth certificate (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Contest),
5. Certificate of citizenship (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Contest),
6. Certificate of knowledge of one world language issued by a verified institution (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition).

In the event that a larger number of candidates apply to the Competition for the selection of associates in the title of assistant/senior assistant, evidence of the evaluation of the criteria established by Article 294, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text) will be taken into account. which candidates attach:

1. Proof of the average grade obtained during the master's degree when selected for the associate title - senior assistant (certificate of passed exams),
2. Evidence of the duration of studies (certificate of the duration of studies with data on the duration of studies by the candidate), 
3. Evidence of scientific and professional works in the field of choice, published in relevant publications (copy of the title page of the publication, copy of the imprint, content of the publication and summary of the work),
4. Evidence of demonstrated aptitude for teaching and scientific research work.

If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on the nostrification of the same or the recognition of the foreign qualification in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The competition remains open for 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication. 
Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
