15-16.05.2016. MF UNZE: CONTINUATION OF THE RESI TEMPUS PROJECT

The Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Montenegro hosted representatives of the Tempus RESI project "Renewable Energy Studies in Western Balkan Countries" who were supposed to define the final activities of this project. Prof. Dr. Darko Petković, TTO project manager for UNZE, showed the results of the employer survey conducted during April and presented the key activities of the UNZE team during 2016. In particular, the results of cooperation with the economy and activities of student visits to companies during the summer semester of the current academic year (TISAL, TAMEX, Recycling yards in Konjic and Mostar, Aluminij, etc.) were presented. resi-160620-1As one of the results of this project, the Master's degree program will begin at the Ministry of Education of UNZE in October "Renewable energy sources and environmental sustainability" and an equipped modern ecology laboratory with a wind turbine on the roof of the Ministry of Education and a "solar tree" at the entrance to the Ministry of Education. The PhD study concept was presented again, which was accepted as the basis for the future WBC network and the highly developed cooperation with the business sector, and the last meeting in Tirana, which will be held in October 2016, was also discussed. The meetings were chaired by Prof. Dr. Ludek Kamarad from BOKU University in Vienna who is the head of the QA monitoring project team. The RESI project is very successfully in all its aspects led by the University of Hohenheim from Stuttgart (Germany), founded in 1818.
