18.05.2020. CIP UNZE: THE THIRD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF SRARA HELD
As part of the WBF-West Balkan Funds program and the project approved at the beginning of 2020 "Strengthening Regional Academic and Research Exchange- SRARE" (line 1 - strengthening RDI), the Third International Conference was held, hosted and main organizer by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University in Zenica under the title: How regional University Cooperation can improve business cooperation – ideas, challenges and expectations. Project partners in this project are Luarasi University Tirana (Albania) - the project holder, FON University Skopje (S. Macedonia), Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship UNZE (BiH) and UDG - Podgorica (Montenegro). Registration of participants was done online from 11-12 noon, followed by the presentation of introductory papers at 12 noon. With more than 100 participants from BiH, Montenegro, Albania and North Macedonia, the conference was opened by Prof. Dr. Darko Petković (CIP UNZE), Prof. Dr. Anni Dasho (Lurasi University Tirana), Igor Jovanovski (FON Skopje) and Dr. Nikoleta Đukanović (UDG Podgorica – Department of Humanistic Studies) followed by 5 introductory papers by professors from Zenica, Banja Luka and Mostar. After the introductory papers, the work continued at 2 p.m. in two sections where the results of the research of students of the first, second and third cycles from the faculties of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro were presented. More than 30 papers were presented that passed the review procedures and will be published in the electronic Proceedings, which will be available soon on the project website as well as on the UNZE website. We especially highlight the joint works of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering UNZE and the Faculty of Food Technologies, Food Safety and Ecology UDG Podgorica, which were created as a result of the research work of students under the mentorship of Assoc. Dr. Džafer Dautbegović and MSc. Emir Đulić (MF UNZE) and assist. Riyada Ličine with UDG (FPTBHE). After many years of cooperation between the professors of these two universities, the same has now been extended to students, which once again confirmed the project's expectations within the WBF program.
