Competition for the admission of students of BiH citizens and foreign citizens for accommodation and meals in the Student Center of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2021/22. year

Based on Article 51 of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of Zenica-Doboj Canton" number: 6/09, 9/13, 13/13, 4/15, 5/18, 4/19 and 19/20), Article 19. paragraph 2 of the Law on the Public Institution University of Zenica ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 6/05, 11/06, 6/09, 10/11, 16/11, 15/12, 13/ 13, 6/16, 9/17, 13/17 and 10/18) and Article 57, paragraph (1) point o) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text), and in accordance with the Decision of the Management Board of the University of Zenica on the announcement of the Competition /Tenders for the admission of students of BiH citizens and foreign citizens for accommodation and meals in the Student Center of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2021/2022. year, number: 01-01-3-1937/21 from 10.05.2021. year, University of Zenica, announces

 

 

COMPETITION/CONTEST

for the admission of students of BiH citizens and foreign citizens for accommodation and meals in the Student Center of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2021/2022. year

 

 

I

Student center of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2021/2022. admits 220 students for accommodation and meals, citizens of BiH and foreign citizens, in the status of regular students of the faculty of the University of Zenica, of which freshmen-students of the first year up to 35%, and according to the established criteria.

 

II

 Students whose place of residence is at least 20 km away from Zenica have the right to accommodation and meals.

 

III

 Participants of the Competition/Competition from points I and II are obliged to submit:

1. Application for admission to the Student Center (the application form can be obtained from the Student Center),
2. Certificate from a higher education institution that he is a regular student with a certificate of passed exams from previous academic years or a certified copy of the index with grades - newly enrolled students submit a certified copy of the certificate from the 4th grade,
3. Certificate of joint household (household list) and income per household member (material census) based on:
   - salary, pension and other entitlements (average of the last three months),
   - confirmation from the employment office about the unemployment of parents or guardians,

4. Certificate of permanent residence and a copy of the identity card (for foreign citizens, a copy of the passport),
5. General payment slip in the amount of 10.00 KM for the costs of data processing (on giro account number: 1340100000001672, type of income 722631, municipality 103, budget organization 2204010, reference number 4810010048),
6. Certified guarantee on the assumption of obligations arising from the use of the Student Center (the form of the guarantee can be obtained from the Student Center).

Contest/Competition participants who, on the basis of a certain status, belonging to a certain population or on other grounds, in accordance with the established criteria, earn additional points shall prove the same by submitting:

7. Certificate-certificate about the awards won in educational and sports competitions (at cantonal, federal, state and international competitions),
8. Certificate of degree of disability (personal, parent and guardian),
9. Certificate of deceased, missing and deceased immediate family members,
10. Certificate of internment status, personal or of parents or guardians (issued by the International Red Cross),
11. Confirmation of parents' participation in OS RBiH (time spent),
12. Confirmation from the competent institution on refugee (displaced) status.

Students, foreign nationals-participants of the Contest/Competition are obliged to submit the documents from point III under serial number: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6.

The above-mentioned documents must be issued by competent institutions or authorities (original or certified copy) and must not be older than 6 months.

Incomplete and untimely submitted documentation will not be considered.

 

IV

The ranking of the candidates will be done by the admission committee based on the established criteria and the sum of the total number of points obtained from the submitted data and documents required by this Competition/Competition.

The ranking list of students will be published on the notice board of the Student Center of the University of Zenica.

When entering into a contract on the use of accommodation and meals, students are required to submit a medical certificate of suitability for collective housing and are required to take a photo at the Center's administration free of charge.

 

V

 Newly enrolled students - freshmen are required to submit a certificate of enrollment to the faculty when making a loan to the Student Center.

Students of older years of study who have been temporarily admitted to the Student Center for accommodation and food in previous academic years are required to apply and submit a certificate of enrollment at the faculty in the academic year 2021/2022. year no later than 01.11.2021. in order to regulate accommodation, because otherwise they lose the right to accommodation.

 

VI

 The Contest/Competition remains open for 30 days from the date of publication in the public gazette, and in the event of an insufficient number of accepted candidates, a subsequent Contest/Competition will be published at the beginning of October 2021.
