Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship US Government scholarship program for the academic year 2024/2025. year

The Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina has informed us that the call for applications for the Hubert H. Humphrey program for the academic year 2024/2025 is open.

This program is part of the Fulbright program, it is intended for professionals and provides the possibility of professional training in the USA for a period of ten months.

The program is designed to foster a mutual exchange of knowledge and understanding on issues of common interest to the US and other countries around the world and offers valuable opportunities for education, leadership development and interaction with US and international partners. Scholars are given the opportunity to improve their scientific work, establish professional contacts, gain international experience, and help promote bilateral relations.

The program brings together young and middle-aged professionals with strong leadership skills, and candidates must have experience in public service, the potential for professional development and be interested in aspects of politics from one of the following areas:

1. Human and institutional development,

2. Rights and freedoms,

3. Sustainable lands,

4. Advanced communities.

The deadline for submitting applications is July 15, 2023, and interviews for the national selection will be held at the end of July, beginning of August 2023.
