FOR THE ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS IN THE FIRST YEAR OF THIRD CYCLE STUDIES,
STUDY PROGRAM DOCTORAL STUDY IN LINGUISTICS
AT THE FACULTY OF PHILOSOPHY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025. YEARS 

 

Contest/Competition for the enrollment of students in the first year of the third cycle of study, study program Doctoral study in Linguistics at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2024/2025. year will be published by 11.10. 2024 in daily newspapers and on the website of the Faculty.

Enrollment of students who will be admitted to the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica will take place in by the deadline determined by the Scientific and Teaching Council.

In the first year in the academic year 2024/2025. In 2018, candidates are enrolled in accordance with the Student Enrollment Plan in the first year of the third cycle, the study program of Doctoral Studies in Linguistics at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zenica.

Study of the third cycle, study program Doctoral study in Linguistics at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica with specialist knowledge in narrower scientific fields: Linguistics for Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Linguistics for English, Linguistics for GermanCzech language, Linguistics for the Turkish language is organized for three years (6 semesters) according to the Bologna system 4+1+3 and is evaluated with 180 ECTS points.

The following have the right to participate in the Contest/Competition:

- candidates who are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and foreign citizens who have completed the II (second) cycle of studies (300 ECTS points) or the equivalent (academic title of Master's degree) in the narrower scientific field of doctoral studies;

- candidates citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and foreign citizens who have completed higher vocational education according to the old pre-Bologna program (VII degree of graduate studies).

 

The admission and enrollment of students in the first year of study is carried out by a special committee appointed by the Doctoral Studies Council. 

Enrollment conditions: 

Candidates for admission, who obtained the title of Master of Science before the introduction of the Bologna system of three-level study from the relevant narrower scientific field of the doctoral study, can be recognized with the appropriate number of ECTS points in accordance with the study program, which will be established by the Council of Doctoral Studies based on the addendum to the diploma or insight into curriculum and program of the completed study. Exceptionally, candidates can be granted 60 ECTS points and the right to enroll in the second year of doctoral studies only in the case of the same scientific field of the master's degree and the narrower scientific field of the doctoral study.

Candidates who have completed their previous level of education abroad acquire the right to participate in the competition with the attached document on the previously implemented procedure of nostrification of the acquired diploma, i.e. the procedure of recognition of education acquired abroad, in accordance with the law.

 

The ranking list of candidates is formed on the basis of the average grade achieved during the (II) study cycle. The final approval of the ranking list of candidate selection, as well as the review of appeals on that basis, is carried out by the Scientific and Teaching Council of the Faculty. The Faculty will publish the final ranking list and the list of accepted candidates on the notice board and the Faculty's website after they have been verified by the competent authority after the closing of the Competition/Competition.

Candidates for the Contest/Competition for enrollment in the first year of the third cycle of studies, study program Doctoral Studies in Linguistics, attach the following documents (in original or certified photocopy):

• signed application for the Contest/Competition;
• signed biography;
• diploma and supplement to the diploma of the first and second cycles of study for students who have completed their studies according to the Bologna system of studies;
• diploma of higher professional education (VII degree) for students who have completed their studies according to the pre-Bologna system of studies; these candidates should also submit a diploma and certificate of master's degree exams, if they have them;
• the decision on diploma certification for candidates who obtained previous education outside Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• birth certificate;
• Certificate of Citizenship;
• statement of acceptance of the obligation to pay the costs of the third cycle of study (doctoral study).

 

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
