MEMORANDUM ON COOPERATION SIGNED BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA AND THE BRITISH COUNCIL
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed today at the University of Zenica between the University of Zenica and the British Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina, establishing cooperation to improve the education of future English language teachers.
On behalf of the University of Zenica, the agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Sc. Jusuf Duraković, Rector of the University of Zenica, while on behalf of the British Council, the signatory was Amila Karavdić, Head of Cultural Engagement for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This document defines joint activities aimed at strengthening the competencies, knowledge and skills of future English language teachers through improving training programs, developing curricula and integrating innovative methods and digital tools into teaching.
The cooperation also includes the organization of workshops, seminars and exchange programs with international experts, as well as joint research activities aimed at the professional development of future educators.
The Memorandum envisages the exchange of expertise and resources between the University of Zenica and the British Council, with a focus on innovation in teaching practices and improving the quality of education. The agreement has been signed for a period of four years.
