Konkurs/Natječaj za prijem studenata državljana Bosne i Hercegovine i stranih državljana na smještaj i ishranu u Studentski centar Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini

Na osnovu člana 54. Zakona o visokom obrazovanju („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“, broj: 12/22, 15/24-Autentično tumačenje i 5/25)), člana 19. stav 2. Zakona o Javnoj ustanovi Univerzitet u Zenici – Prečišćeni tekst („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“, broj: 1/18, 10/18 i 13/21), člana 62. stav (1) Statuta Univerziteta u Zenici (Prečišćeni tekst), a u skaldu sa Odlukom Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici o raspisivanju Konkursa/Natječaja za prijem studenata državljana BIH i stranih državljana na smještaj i ishranu u Studentski centar Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini, broj: 01-01-1-1648/26 od 14.5.2026. godine, Univerzitet u Zenici, raspisuje

COMPETITION/CONTEST

for reception students Ph.Dhavlian BiH and foreign Ph.Dhavlian on allowedshthat one and nutrition in Student center of the University in Pupils in academic 2026/2027. year

I

Studentski centar Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini vrši prijem 220 studenata na smještaj i ishranu, državljana BiH i stranih državljana, u statusu redovnih studenata fakultetâ Univerziteta u Zenici, od kojih brucoša-studenata prve godine do 35%, a prema utvrđenim kriterijima.

Students whose place of residence is at least 20 km away from Zenica have the right to accommodation and meals.

III

Participants of the Competition/Competition from points I and II are obliged to submit:

1. 1. Application for admission to the Student Center (application form can be obtained from the Student Center or via the Center's website),
   2. Certificate from a higher education institution that he is a regular student with a certificate of passed exams from previous academic years or a certified copy of the index with grades - newly enrolled students submit a certified copy of the certificate from the 4th grade,
   3. Certificate of joint household (household list) and income per household member (material census) based on:

• • • person at the labor office: certificate from the office,
    • a person who does not have employee status and is not at the office: a certified copy of the health card,
    • person attending school or faculty: certificate from school or faculty,
    • underage child until starting school: a certified copy of the health card,
    • a person who is employed: three last payslips,
    • retired person: three last paychecks.

1. 4. Potvrda o mjestu stalnog boravka (CIPS) i za strane državljane kopija pasoša,
   5. General payment slip for the amount of 10.00 KM for data processing costs (to bank account number: 1340100000001672, type of income 722659, municipality 103, budget organization 2204010, reference number 4810011448),
   6. A certified guarantee of assuming obligations arising from the use of the Student Center in the municipality or with a notary (the guarantee form can be obtained from the Student Center or via the Center's website). The guarantor should attach the following documents to the Guarantee:

• • • if an employee: attach a certificate of permanent employment and the three most recent payslips,
    • if retired: attach the last three pension checks and a certified copy of the retirement decision,
    • if the owner of the company: the guarantee is certified by the company seal and the handwritten signature of an authorized person of the company, with a certified copy of the company's ID and VAT number attached.

 

Contest/Competition participants who, on the basis of a certain status, belonging to a certain population or on other grounds, in accordance with the established criteria, earn additional points shall prove the same by submitting:

1. 1. Certificate-certificate about the awards won in educational and sports competitions (at cantonal, federal, state and international competitions),
   2. Certificate of degree of disability (personal, parent and guardian),
   3. Certificate of deceased, missing and deceased immediate family members,
   4. Certificate of internment status, personal or of parents or guardians (issued by the International Red Cross),
   5. Confirmation of parents' participation in OS RBiH (time spent),
   6. Confirmation from the competent institution on refugee (displaced) status,

 

Students who are foreign nationals participating in the Contest are required to submit the documents from point III under the following numbers: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6.

The above-mentioned documents must be issued by competent institutions or authorities (original or certified copy) and must not be older than 6 months.

Incomplete and untimely submitted documentation will not be considered.

IV

The ranking of the candidates will be done by the admission committee based on the established criteria and the sum of the total number of points obtained from the submitted data and documents required by this Competition/Competition.

Rang lista studenata bit će objavljena na oglasnoj ploči Studentskog centra Univerziteta u Zenici, kao i web staranici Centra.

 

When entering into a contract on the use of accommodation and meals, students are required to submit a medical certificate of suitability for collective housing and are required to take a photo at the Center's administration free of charge.

V

Newly enrolled students - freshmen are required to submit a certificate of enrollment to the faculty when making a loan to the Student Center.

Studenti starijih godina studija koji su privremeno primljeni po Konkursu/Natječaju u Studentski centar na smještaj i ishranu obavezni su konkurisati i dostaviti potvrdu o upisu na fakultet u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini najkasnije do 01.11.2026. godine radi regulisanja smještaja, jer u protivnom gube pravo na smještaj.

 

VI

Konkurs/Natječaj ostaje otvoren 30 dana od dana objavljivanja u javnom glasilu, a u slučaju nedovoljnog broja primljenih kandidata bit će objavljen naknadni Konkurs/Natječaj početkom oktobra/listopada 2026. godine.
