08.02.2018. CIP, EF AND IKK UNZE: VISIT TO THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING SCIENCES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF KRAGUJEVAC

In an effort to develop appropriate regional cooperation, the director of CIP UNZE prof. Dr. Darko Petković, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Assoc. Dr. Alaudin Brkić (EF UNZE) and director of the Institute, Kemal Kapetanović, assistant professor. Dr. Raif Seferović (IKK UNZE) were guests of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences of the University of Kragujevac. The first meeting was held at the Quality Center of the University of Kragujevac (UKG), hosted by prof. Slavko Arsovski, Ph.D., director of the Center, presented the work of the Center, the rich publishing activity of textbooks, monographs, anthologies and magazines of the Center in several previous decades. Prof. Arsovski particularly emphasized the importance of the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL for QUALITY RESEARCH, which has been published for 11 years in four editions in English, and which from 2018 will be one of the few indexed journals with an impact factor on this topic in the region of the Western Balkan countries. Namely, the magazine covers the areas of benchmarking, business excellence, measurement and management of business elements, process management and improvements, quality management, IT system quality, quality of life, leadership, etc. (e-ISSN 1800-7473). After this Center, UNZE representatives were guests of the ex-dean of the Faculty of Engineering, prof. Dr. Miroslav Živković and Prof. Dr. Lozice Ivanović, who presented the work of collaborators in the field of mechanical constructions (development, tests, simulations, FEM, etc.).
