14.05.2018. CIP, MF AND PTF UNZE: BUSINESS DAY FOR STUDENTS IN TEŠNJ

The third big business day in the summer semester of the academic year 2017/18. year for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Polytechnic, was Monday 14.05.2018. when they visited 4 business systems in Tešnje as part of classes at the Department of Industrial Engineering and CIM Systems. The practical teaching process started with a visit to the BME Tešanj business system - This is a private Dutch factory that makes truck trailers of various types (from large trailers for the transportation of foodstuffs to special trailers for tractor trucks). In addition to truck trailers, internal transport systems (telescopic conveyor systems, continuous transport systems) for post offices, banks, airports, etc. are also made. which are sold worldwide under the brand name of the English company SOVEX. The hosts of the visit were the heads of departments at BME, Mr. Almir Plančić, Amir Ljevaković and Nermin Huskić. This visit was followed by a visit to the HIFA-OIL business system. The goal of this visit was for the students to become familiar with the business model of the largest BH fuel distributor. The HIFA-Oil business system has not existed for a long time, but it managed to become regionally recognizable in this very short time. It was very interesting to hear how such business systems develop and grow and how they struggle and operate in the global context in which they work. The students saw in which directions the HIFA-Oil company is developing and what are the next strategic steps of this company and how they see the future of logistics in their sector of activity. Our host was CoE dr sc. Venan Hadžiselimović. The lesson plan was followed by a visit to the ENKER business system, where students had the opportunity to get to know one of the rare manufacturers of industrial ceramics in the region and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this very interesting business system, our host was Eng. Elvis Halilović. And at the end of the working day, there was a visit to the business system POBJEDA Tešanj - This is one of the oldest business systems in Tešanj and in a way a symbol of the Tešanj industry. The main products are pumps for the automotive industry, although pumps for other different purposes are also made (pumps for agricultural machinery, tractors, trucks, etc.). High precision, complexity and quality of the elements made in Pobjeda are the basic characteristics of machining that follows the requirements of well-known product customers such as Mercedes, VW, Audi and others. famous car brands. Our host will be the executive director for production B.Sc. Armin Ćostovic with his team of associates. Since in Pobjeda a significant part of the production preparation is the preparation of the model for the foundry in Turbet, the hosts were presented with the new study program Design and Technologies in Woodworking (DTD) at the MF UNZE as well as the GIZ-RIPEUD project - Development of an innovative process of education and networking in the field of woodworking in Srednja Bosnia.
