Ceremonial marking of the completion of works on the infrastructure of the Student Center

Today, in the Student Center of the University of Zenica, with the presence of Mr. Miralem Galijašević, Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton, Mr. Mensur Sinanović, Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Prof. Ph.D. Damir Kukić, Rector of the University of Zenica, Vice-Rector of the University, Director of the Student Center, Dina Eminović, MA and guests, a ceremonial cutting of the ribbon marked the completion of the works on the infrastructure of this facility. In the last four years, about 250,000.00 KM was invested in the renovation and insulation of the Student Center building, and most of the funds were provided through energy efficiency and insulation projects. The building's carpentry and LED lighting were replaced, and the warming with a new facade was completed in two phases. The installation of solar panels is currently in the process, which is also one of the energy measures defined by energy audits. The effect of all these investments is reflected in the fact that, in just one year, a saving of 26,000.00 KM was achieved on energy consumption.

It is important to point out the support of the Government of Zenica - Doboj Canton and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Zenica - Doboj Canton, which invested 120,000.00 KM within the mentioned value of the works, and on behalf of that, certificates of appreciation were presented today to Mr. Miralem Galijašević and Mr. . Mensur Sinanović.
