Maja Hadžiselimović is a robotics engineer currently employed in Augsburg, Germany, in two companies: MRK Systeme GmbH and GBS German Bionic. After studying in Sarajevo, Maribor and Novi Sad, he is currently working on the development of robotic applications, which usually involve the cooperation of humans and robots, mainly for the automotive industry, but also for other
areas (assembly, aviation industry...) for the German and world market. In parallel, he is working on the development of the first European exoskeleton with which workers can more easily carry out the tasks of lifting and moving objects, as a development engineer on several Horizon2020 European projects and as a reviewer for H2020 projects. She was in the team among the six world finalists
competition "KUKA Innovation Award" held at the largest industrial fair in the world Hannover Messe 2016, where she presented her project with which she finished m. sc. studies.

As the national coordinator of the European Robotics Week for Bosnia and Herzegovina, she is involved in organizing workshops for children in the field of robotics and electronics in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as European initiatives focused on youth education. She firmly believes that it is worth investing in the knowledge of young people, and through volunteerism and membership in various organizations and initiatives, she strives to transfer knowledge and experience to students and young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to promote STEM sciences among girls.
