THE FIRST "NIRA-TRAINING" FOR STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY IN ZENICA

At the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, on March 16 and 17, 2019, a two-day "NIRA Leader" training was held for students of the University of Zenica, which was organized by the Transcultural Psychosocial Educational Foundation (TPO) from Sarajevo and the University of Pupils. Dr. Amra Delić, psychiatrist, psychotherapist and trained trainer, and students were trained in the development of personal skills, i.e. interpersonal, leadership, communication and presentation skills. By the way, the "Nira leaders" training includes training for personal and professional development where students will have the opportunity to learn how to strengthen their self-confidence, manage their careers, brand their talents and acquire the basic skills needed for professional development and applying for projects. After completing the training, the participants will receive a certificate and have the opportunity to apply for grants from the TPO Foundation in the field of civil activism and human rights. The ten best applications will receive financial resources and mentoring support for the realization of their projects. Also, participants of the mentioned trainings will have the opportunity to connect with students from other universities who are working on similar projects.
