Croatian and German summer school from July 7 to 27, 2019 at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism "Dr. Mijo Mirković" of Jurja Dobrila University in Pula in cooperation with Fachhochschule Burgenland GmbH from Austria
The program is designed for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students, regardless of major, who would like to improve their knowledge of the German language. Classes take place every weekday, a total of 60 hours of language classes, and learning in tandem with an Austrian student (students are accommodated in a double room with an Austrian student). The participants are divided into groups according to the level of knowledge of the German language, and the teachers are professors from Austrian universities. The program also consists of organized field classes, workshops, excursions and movie nights. At the end of the summer school, participants take an exam and receive a certificate of passing the exam. This year, students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro can also apply.
The costs of the summer school: accommodation in double rooms, half-board, costs of holding classes, organizing excursions and other accompanying contents are borne by the Austrian Ministry of Science (BMWK). Participants are obliged to bear the costs of arrival and departure to the summer school and pay the participation fee in the amount of HRK 1,800.00 with the option of paying in two installments.
