10.12.2015. QA OFFICE: PRESENTATION OF SOFTWARE "UNZE REPOSITORY" AT BIHTEK PROJECT

OJ quality managers, representatives of the UNZE library and secretariat, as well as the management of the Tempus project BIHTEK in front of the UNZE were participants in the work training on the presentation of the UNZE WORKS REPOSITORY software. Namely, as part of the Tempus project, which has so far carried out comparative analyzes (benchmarking) with the OJ of the University of East Sarajevo and institutional benchmarking with UIS and Ka-Ho Leuven (Ghent campus), ICT equipment for electronic sessions of the Senate (so-called E .-Senate) and the Benchmarking Cabinet at the Faculty of Law. The equipment acquisition plan also provides for the acquisition of software for Repository editing of works by academic staff and students (books, projects, articles in magazines and anthologies, reports, seminar papers, etc.).
In this way, additional prerequisites are created for better benchmarking of UNZE at all levels: from organizational to institutional, sectoral, etc.,
as well as speeding up internal evaluation procedures, better organization and availability of statistical data, etc.
The representatives of the company HERA from Mostar presented their "product", after which the attendees in a lively discussion gave suggestions for improving the final solution, which will be used at UNZE from the beginning of 2016.
