ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 11TH SCIENTIFIC-PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE QUALITY 2019

For the eleventh time, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zenica is organizing the Scientific and Professional Conference with international participation "QUALITY 2019", which will be held from June 14 to 16, 2019 in Neum at the "SUNCE" hotel.

About 100 participants from companies, scientific and research institutions from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as 9 European countries (Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey, Romania and Slovakia) are expected to gather at this meeting.

The co-organizers of the meeting are the Department of Quality Management and Metrology of the University of Erlangen, the Association for Quality in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Institute for Economic Engineering from Zenica.

More than 100 papers were submitted for this year's Meeting, of which 86 accepted papers were printed in the Proceedings, which has about 550 pages. The number of works at this year's meeting is about 10% higher than at the previous one, which was held in 2017. It is important to point out that the papers were written by 234 authors and co-authors, which indicates teamwork during writing. The authors and co-authors are mostly from faculties and scientific research institutions (55% of them), while the other authors are directly related to the economy.

We remind you that the first QUALITY 99 meeting was held exactly 20 years ago at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Zenica.
