EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT 

CONFERENCE: "Current legal theory and practice"  

PLACE: Faculty of Law, University of Zenica

DATE: 23.-24.11.2023.

The Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, in cooperation with the Center for the Education of Judges and Prosecutors of the Federation of BiH and the European Association of Law Students of the Faculty of Law in Zenica (ELSA), is organizing a two-day scientific and professional conference called "Current legal theory and practice", which will take place 23.11.- 24.11.2023. in the building of the Faculty of Law in Zenica.

The conference is two days long, and this year two thematic units are planned, namely:

1. The need and perspectives of innovating civil court procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Thursday, 23.11.2023);
2. Property-legal relations with special emphasis on the status of state property of BiH (Friday, 24/11/2023)
