Another international recognition for prof. Ph.D. Edin Solak

In December 2021, Prof. Ph.D. Edina Solak, head of the Turkish language and literature study program at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica, became a corresponding member of the Department for Culture, Language and History of the Turkish Linguistic Society, which gave her the opportunity to participate in numerous international scientific meetings. In the period from 27 to 29 February 2024, the Turkish Historical Society and the Ministry of Education of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus organized a scientific congress at which, based on the invitation of the president of the Turkish Historical Society, prof. Ph.D. Yüksel Özgen, prof. Ph.D. Edina Solak held a lecture entitled "Cultural heritage as a link between the Republic of Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina and its influence on the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language in Bosnia and Herzegovina (sociolinguistic approach)".

In fact, at the congress held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Professor Solak presented the results of the project that was realized in the previous period by the teaching staff of the Turkish language and literature study program of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica.
