Applying for participation in CEEPUS IV networks in the academic year 2025/26

Within the framework of the Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies (CEEPUS), a Call for Applications for CEEPUS Networks has been opened, which will be active in the academic year 2025/26 under the new CEEPUS IV Agreement.

The aim of CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies) is to improve higher education and inter-university cooperation. The programme enables the academic exchange of students and lecturers primarily within university networks, which are partnerships between higher education institutions.

The application period for CEEPUS university networks this year begins two months earlier than in previous years, on September 23rd, and will be open until November 30, 2024.

The call is open both to networks that have so far actively participated in the CEEPUS program and that have the opportunity to extend their work, and to higher education institutions that wish to join existing networks or create new networks.

Network registration is done on the official CEEPUS program platform. www.ceepus.info, and the main coordinators of CEEPUS networks are primarily responsible for submitting network applications under the Call. One person can coordinate only one network, while the number of networks in which one person can act as local coordinator is limited to four networks.

The deadline for uploading the required documents to the network applications is December 15, 2024, and within this year's Call, networks will need to upload new documentation because the format of the Letter of Intent and Letter of Endorsement forms has changed due to the transition to the fourth program phase - CEEPUS IV.
